    Stick them in here. I've only played about 8 matches so far and haven't touched the campaign or seen all the maps - I'll probably give my impressions a bit later after I've seen more and sampled some of the campaign. No kill confirmed though by the look of things which is very disappointing.

    PS4 is only 15 minutes @ 720/30 so players will require a capture card to reach even standard definition. PS4 Pro is largely 1080/30 even if the game is 4K/60 native. It also makes the reporting cheating process a pain in the rectum too.

    Delayed until May 2020 at the earliest. Big blow that. Not sure why they cemented February when less than a month later they add on an extra 3 months which puts it after Cyberpunk which a lot of people will still be playing.

    Physical disc version apparently requires a 30 and 57gb update - I also don't believe the game can be accessed until release but the download can be installed to at least complete the architecture. I finished the preloading on Battlenet and it was about 107gb compressed. Hopefully there wont be any nasty day one updates. For those wondering why digital is more expensive; I believe it's down to the amount of tax applied to digital media.

    1. Probably £10-12 every two months. It'll replace the season pass lost revenue I expect and probably work about about £50/$60 worth of passes for the whole year. 2. I'm expecting shite cosmetics from calling cards, emotes, common camos and even blank tiers. Premium tiers will likely be full on each level and offer far more attractive 'rare' and 'legendary' stuff. 3. Hard to gauge the earn rate because they don't want to slow it down too much so people are put-off from going premium, but then they wont want to make it so rapid, people may neglect on buying the inevitable boosters. If BO4 is anything to go by, they with rig and tweak on the fly rather than having an consistent and fair system to start with. 4. Probably £1 to £500 - you can't put a price on Activision's greed. They'll also be selling COD points and boosters no doubt. If they can sell a boxing glove melee weapon for the same price as a game then there is no asking what people will be willing to buy and for how much. I don't think it'll end up as tacky as Treyarch's microtransactions but it'll be just as prominent.

    Crossplay is purely input-based so when you opt in, you and whoever is in your party will only face like-for-like inputs. If you're using a pad either on PS4 or Xbox, you will only face those players OR a PC player who is using a controller. If pad players don't mind facing KBM users, they can further opt in to unrestricted crossplay meaning they face anyone with any control scheme. Console KBM players have to play against PC users or fellow players with this scheme on console. Crossplay has to be enabled for cross-platform play too. If someone doesn't have this enabled, they will not be able to join a party on another platform. I don't think you can sneak any crossplay changes whilst in a lobby or party as that can only be done in the menu so loopholes like this are covered. Console pad users who may want to play with a PC user with a KBM may have to have unrestricted crossplay enabled to do this. A KBM user on PC can join a (pad) console party host but they will only be matched with unrestricted crossplay users. I'm probably gonna get it on PC which means I can use KBM against PC users and also join console users when I plug my controller in instead. When I do this, I will have restricted crossplay on meaning I will only be able to join Xbox Live, PSN and PC users who also have a bad.

    I read that one of the protesters arrested a couple of weeks ago comes from a 4 car family, travels by plane several times a year and goes to work by train and then tube 5 days a week. It’s this kind of hypocrisy which is why I can’t take a lot of these people seriously even though I personally take climate issues incredibly so. Even many kids say they couldn’t give a fuck and are just enjoying the occasional days off school because of it. The serious activists in this domain who are more grounded and sensible about their direction and approach have effectively been overran and silenced. Once the cold weather sets in and it starts raining daily, many of these protesters will probably stay inside and find something else to get angry about on Reddit for the winter. I just hope the level-headed people can get their voices heard again and proper progress and communication will happen. The guy running ER sounds like a right doomsday paranoid nutjob and most ignore his hard facts come from Wikipedia and made up shit. Let someone else with credentials and intelligence run the show.

    Activision did this with Black Ops 4 and their operations - they made it so hard to rank up to get the ‘good’ gear, people would either have to pay up in the end, or play for several hours a day every day for nearly two months. This was even after the nerf. People we so desperate, they were happy to buy hundreds of blank tiers at an average of £1 just to get some shitty cosmetic. Activision will stifle and milk the hell out of this.
