Crazy to see the potential in Chelsea's season falling apart. Their record under Tuchel was very impressive, up to 4th place, FA Cup Final and Champions League Final. Now they've lost the FA Cup, could blow the top 4, lose the Champions League Final and be playing in the Europa League next year. They have Leicester again Tuesday and LIverpool are beginning to hit form. The pressure in suddenly immense and will be a huge factor in the CL final plus the last couple of games has seen them really come unstuck particularly in attack.

Well done to Leicester! I didn't even know the FA Cup Final was today until this afternood🤣 Wasn't a great game but there were some huge moments from the wonder goal, the wonder save and then the dramatic VAR decision towards the end. Great to see the fans back in numbers too!

FOV looks a bit nasty so I hope you can change that plus I don't like how ME1 has the Andromeda UI. Hopefully the gameplay will stand the test of time but the story will definitely hold up. They probably could've done more with these remasters especially with what's been achieved on PC with mods but I guess they don't detract too much from the originals at least. I can't see myself paying £55 for this - maybe if they were £14.99 individually then I'd grab the first two but even with a game drought right now, I wont be getting this.

Same with Nvidia - they don't give a toss that their graphics cards are being bought up by crypto minters - they are just happy that their cards are being sold either way. Retailers just want the cash regardless and if companies like Sony, MS and Nvidia don't want to create a system where things get into the right hands, the retailers aren't going to waste time either. Retailers will just say they are out of stock and the manufactures will shift the blame to scalpers or miners. Now there is a chip shortage so consoles, cards and other electronic devices are going to be in dramatically reduced supply. There is also the knock-on effect which developers and publishers will be affected as their next gen only titles will be played by a fraction expected. Industry is in total disarray.

I've just got deja vu - here's a thread of mine from 2013 when I was trying to get my hands on a PS4 from GAME Basically from what I remember, I deposited £20 for a pre-order but there was 'no stock' available for weeks so I went in to the store on the off-chance and found out they DID have plenty of stock but the available consoles were being craftily bundled and held to ransom with £650 being the cheapest one. It was their own curated bundle of crap and not any official one. I didn't want a Vita, t-shirt, collectors edition of Knack, 12 months Spotify, a plastic statue from Killzone or a Infamous Second Son cup! They refused to sell me an individual unit despite having a paid pre-order and a promise that I'd get a console in time for Christmas day. I pretty much stopped using them altogether after that aside from trading in games for money. To be honest, you aren't missing anything with the PS5 so there's no rush. I've used mine for 10 minutes in the last 3 weeks and that was just to do an update. I'd trade it for a new 3070 in a heartbeat.

I watched Mission Impossible Fallout last night which was highly entertaining throughout. Some truly astonishing stunts which were done for real with very limited CGI. Tom Cruise also managed to learn how to fly a helicopter in just 6 weeks and performed some death-defying stunts with it that even veteran professionals wouldn't do making for an incredible action scene! Yet in the James Bond films, they're becoming so lazy they use CGI to build interiors of sets now and most stunts are staged. Fallout is definitely worth watching and its even better knowing the genuine work and dedication that has gone into it.

Holy shit looks like PSG wont win the French League which would be humiliating - like Rangers and Celtic losing the title someone like Hamilton or St Mirren😂 That'll be Poch sacked for sure! A return to Spurs could be on the cards after all..

Voice of Ghost in the Modern Warfare reboot Jeff Leach (not a patch on the OG Craig Fairbrass anyway) has been sacked by Activision for some pretty vile comments and I think his Twitch channel is up in smoke too. I've heard some good old fashioned trash talk in my time but this is way too personal and nasty, and you'd expect better from someone in that capacity.

To think that St Johntone will likely be in Europe next year and Arsenal wont😂 Absolutely shocking performance from Arsenal especially with this being a semi final. Will likely miss out on Europe for the first time in 25 years and could even finish in the lower half of the table. Roma in contrast needed 4 goals minimum and they put up an unreal fight even after shipping away goals. Their desire right up to the last minute was commendable against United. Arsenal had no fight even going into the final 10 minutes and it's clear Arteta is way out of his depth at this level just like Lampard. To think Arsenal fans wanted rid of Emery and this is after they wanted Wenger offed for relentless top 4 finishes! Safe to say both clubs will be seeking new managers in the summer. Spurs need a refresh particularly in defence and Arsenal may struggle with contracts and bringing big names in now not being in Europe plus their FFP rating will now nosedive so they wont be able to splash the cash.

I think they started losing the plot with the franchise from 5 - that was like an arcadey co-op title with a combat-heavy focus and no real story. 6 was an abomination and then there was all this fringe titles for handheld systems and spin-offs. I can't believe they followed-on so badly after the fine work they did in RE4. It feels like they were rebooting the series and becoming more grounded with 7 but instead turned it more into the usual corridor-horror with some tacked-on RE sterotypes. That still was a decent game but we already had so many of those from Amnesia to Outlast. It was a fresh Resident Evil but nothing we hadn't seen a million times over in recent years prior.

Reviews are out and there are plenty of 8's but it's clearly nothing groundbreaking. A few are also saying the game ends up as a Call of Duty by the end with so much exhausting and more prominent combat scenes. I saw one in a maze-like temple area and it looked a total clusterfuck of a shitshow. Journalists are usually very generous towards bands like this too and from some of the comments made in these reviews, it sounds like a slightly above average game at best with lousy combat and flawed design. Disappointed but hey ho, that's £50 saved!

The PS5 version of Wreckfest I believe costs an extra $10/£10 for the upgrade and is available in June. If you don't buy this, you continue with the PS4 version on the PS5 without the upgraded features. I don't believe THQ have announced the dual compatibility between console generations however I would estimate that you wont be able to crossplay and will have to downgrade (if available) or not upgrade at all. For £10, that is solid especially if you land it free on PSN!

The PC market is massive for Battlefield and they probably determine that many people who wont have access to a next gen console may have a PC to fall back on regardless. I'm definitely glad it's a current gen title as that shows some ambition rather than it being held back and then simply forward-ported.

Probably because Treyarch have recycled so much in the last decade, it's likely not seen as viable that they remaster any old games even if it's just the campaign portions. I would love to see a BO1 remaster though! The only reason COD 4 was initially remastered was to bail out Infinite Warfare from potentially horrendous sales figures and these remasters are now seen as calendar filler for Activision where they can be paid off twice rather than a bonus and something nice for the community. I already paid £20 for MW2CR and it'll probably cost another £20-25 for the MP and then they'll want £20 for MW3R. Easy money really.
