    It's been a long time since i got a PB but tonight's conditions were perfect a nice cold chill in the air no wind so put a pair of shorts on and a t shirt but was only going to do 5k then decided to go the little bit more.

    Watched insidious the other night with my youngest he's not so young at 15 but was rather funny watching him jump in the corner of my eye then after the film finished he asked to watch the other 3 films that are out and in chronicle order but told him the first is the last and we'd need to watch 4th 2nd 3rd then the 1st but if you ain't seen them definitely recommend them.

    I find my running helps massively. I'm just looking ahead what I can do for my kids. The comments she's made are uncalled for like she asked if I've see django which I replied it's one of my top 5 films she said because of the rasist slurs I said no it's a tarantino film she said her new fella said the same then said I won't be home Saturday as I'm meeting his parents and this was a couple of weeks back we've only been apart a month but I just let it go over my head I've gone past caring for her.

    I've been speaking with a Councillor. So last year she said she wanted to lose some weight she weighed around 13 stone (82kg) she's about 5'4 so as I like to keep fit got her doing circuits and got her in to running and got her to change her diet in around 10 months she lost about 4 and a half stone (28kg) she got confidence then one day announced she didn't love me day after found out she was on dating apps then found out she met someone else which was setup through a friend in her work she jumped from my bed to this other guys in a space of a week. She did something very similar back in 2005 but this time there's no going back.

    Not going to go to in depth but my wife of 8 years which we've been together for almost 21 years has really screwed me over. What she's done is morally wrong to throw away 21 years two kids aged 15 and 18 we've so much history and been through so much all gone. Most of my friends locally have either passed moved away my family know what's happened and only a hand full check in on me and they're not even my immediate family. Which brings me to you guys the FG GT guys know what's happened I've spoken to a couple through different message formats but the support I've gotten is far more than people around me locally for that I thank you and to anyone that's in any party chat that doesn't even know what's happened. If it weren't for you guys and FG I wouldn't be feeling how I am now and most likely still in a mess. It's only been a month since I found out but all I care about is my kids getting a place once they house is sold next year which we've only had for 2 years. I promise I won't bore you lot with my troubles much in chats as i must sound like a broken record 😂 but again thank you guys it means the world to me the support I've had off you.

    It seemed I found my problem with GT which is corners 😂 But a cracking race was 2nd till I pitted but thinking back maybe I could of put less fuel in and fuel saved a bit but a cracking race.

    Ran this bitch of a trail in road running shoes 😂which turned out to be more slipping than running. I stuck with another runner that drove us up there but I'd definitely do this course again if I had the right pair of trainers.

    Watched this last night and not sure how it slipped under my film radar but wow really enjoyed it and highly recommended it but I love the twist at the end so if you've not seen it get on it. It's classed as a horror but I would say it's more thriller than a horror.

    Watched that this morning and managed the whole film and well there's no plot really. I was really looking forward to it as well as the trailer looked pretty decent.

    This Parkrun is a little hilly but still a decent time. It's my 2nd Parkrun which is quite shocking due to how long I've been running but once you get to 50 you get a t-shirt so something to work towards but parkruns are only on a Saturday. Their timings are off a little compared to mine.
