    The Lion King (2019), arrived on Now TV today. I love the original, first movie I ever remember being taken to the cinema to watch and my favourite Disney movie of all time. I'm bitterly disappointed, this movie is better when you completely forget about the original. Voice acting is subpar, lacks any real emotion that is felt through the original, the songs / singing sound weak, the first hyena scene would give a kid nightmares. Really poor attempt to cash in on an iconic franchise. The CGI looks pretty good, they just look weird as it isn't as I remember them. This movie is clearly going to be decent for newer generations who hadn't grown up with the originals. Just isn't for me. Not impressed 4/10

    Looking on the website, is the regular price going to be ÂŖ59.99 a year? I'm undecided yet, I'd get use out of it but I already use Netflix and Now TV. Plus I'll actually be buying Frozen 2 on BluRay as soon as it's released. What I'd like to know is, does it contain all the content from these companies? Honestly, I'd rebuy this just to re-watch the whole of Star Wars 😂. Also will new releases hit the streaming service the same time it's available to rent / buy digitally? I'm hoping Sky do some kind of deal with Disney to add Disney+ content to Sky / Now TV.

    I think it can be used through USB, I use this program with DS4 https://github.com/Ryochan7/DS4Windows/releases. I prefer BT though as I have an issue where the controller can disconnect when using USB.

    Just used up some of my remaining selections for HumbleBundle and now I have one choice left. Does anyone want either Street Fighter V or GRIP? Both are base games only, so first person to pick one gets it.

    I've seen this film many times. Still hits hard, the hardship one has to go through just to survive in the hood, something we never would see the likes off over here. I guess it's still relevant today, I'm not sure if it's still like this today though, I always thought things had calmed down a lot over the years. Next bit is a little side tracking, so will stick in a spoiler tag, watch the movie in post #1 before watching this.

    I agree, just finished watching and the film overall is great. The ending is a little too far fetched. It makes for some entertaining viewing but I'd prefer something that feels realistic. The ending made me think of a typical CoD single player campaign situation.

    So watched this tonight. Another good choice, never seems like a dull moment, the scene with them sitting and dancing around a fire was a little too long. I'm not even sure what part of the story them two boys played that they met, but I'm unsure if it was even needed. The story is one of them though in which even after watching, it can leave you scratching your head. I remember now I had seen this years ago but even back then, I'm not sure I fully grasped the story. I suppose I'll search Google to find out what I'm missing.

    Aladdin (2019). I wasn't sure what I was going to make of Will Smith playing the Genie, he did give us some laughs throughout. I'm overall surprised the movie was very enjoyable to watch. The singing and some songs was a little naff but a very quality live action.

    Eminem dropped his new album and upon my first couple of listens, I really like this album. I'm someone who loves 'The Marshall Mathers LP' and 'The Eminem Show'. I didn't feel 'Kamikaze', some excellent songs but overall the album just didn't click for me. This new album though I think is much better, some of his best work in recent years. If I had anything in which I wasn't keen on, is the that the album feels like it gets progressively slower, it starts out pretty strong but as the songs play out, tempo drops off. Anyone else had a listen yet?

    Can someone explain to me the mirror trick they used to obtain the huge safe? If it was just a huge mirror, how it is nobody had reflections in the mirror or even the other side of the room not reflected, which would also have shown the entrance?

    Looks interesting. I've seen the film pop up on Netflix but I've never thought about checking it out. Also title should be changed to Wk2.

    I did get to watch this and I really enjoyed it. The magic was good, the game of cat and mouse was entertaining and I wouldn't have predicted the ending (but I'm terrible at seeing things coming up).

    I'm going to watch Now You See Me tonight 👍 Regarding John Wick 3, I've never seen the other two. Annoyingly I can't watch the first film as it isn't available to stream anywhere ☚ī¸.
