    Will post a pic in a few, my niece had a perject at school and wanted a "beard / scary" pic lol so I gave her one...I'm actually thinking about shaving it all off now, dunno, maybe not.

    I've had the beta for about a year, he's actually REALLY big for a beta but the pic doesnt really show his true size. I'd say from nose to tail he's about 3.5 to 3.75" when flared out.

    Switched a few things around in the Mbuna 55g tank today. Also swaped out the light blue backlite paper with a darker blue that looks really nice with the lights behind it. Gives it a nice deep water look.

    Well I still haven't had time to finish the website for the new side business venture on building these aquarium backgrounds up and running yet, but today I got my first order from a guy that is ordering two 3D backgrounds for a pair of 55g display show tanks he has in his shop. So that's pretty cool to get an order before the site is even up.

    Hey Mike did you watch Bellator 106 on Spike earlier tonight? Eddie Alvarez vs Micheal Chandler. If not then you will have to see if you can catch it online somewhere because that was one of the best (and bloddiest) fights I think I have seen in years!

    A little ingenuity can make any chair into a "PC chair" too Awhile back my PC chair finally bit the dust so I started looking on Craigslist for a new one. I found a really sweet tan leather swivel base chair that for $75 but didn't have wheels on it which is a must have for a PC chair to me. So I took apart my busted Pc chair, flipped the round swivel base of the tan chair so that I could fit the wheel base of the old chair under it, took a die grinder to the post and opened it up so the shaft of the old wheel base slid into the new chair shaft. And viola instant wheeled PC chair. You guys know me, I can't leave anything well enough alone

    It seriously is well worth a watch Tommy. It's not a 10...but I'd honestly say it's a soild 6.5 to 7 IMO. Certinally MUCH better than I was expecting that's for sure.

    Just got done watching Cowboys and Aliens. They had it in the $5 dvd bin at Walmart today so I figured what the hell why not. When it first came out I thought the whole premise was a bit goffy, but gotta admit it was actually much better than I expected. And holy hell that Olivia Wilde chick is friggin beautiful

    Tommy D-sub is a type of port/connector. Usually monitors have at least two ways of hooking them up, usually something like DVI, and D-sub or something like that. Which is good because if you want to run dual monitors like I do them you need to have two ports so you can jump connect from one monitor to the 2nd one.

    Testing out my moonlight setup I am making for it now. After checking into "aquarium moonlights" from aquarium supply shops there was no way I was going to pay what they want for moonlights on a tank this big. So spent some time today running around testing out the brightness on different blue LED rope lights that stores have out for Christmas now and finally found two 15ft LED rope lights that are not only nice and bright, but LED so they will give me the shimmer effect, plus they are able to screw together end to end so once I make the light fixture for the T8 lights I will build these into the fixture as well. From the quick test I think they are going to be perfect from what I can tell.
