I suspect there will have been a few changes since we last played it. Core gameplay is the same. There have been some UI changes and maps have been reworked as well.

    Let's dig up an old post! I've played this lately and it's had a LOAD of new changes done to make the game better. So I think everybody needs to download the game again so we can play it.

    What's more surprising is that COD had 50 million players in the first place. Seems that a lot of people are suckers for punishment.

    Played and completed it. I didn't enjoy it as much as the first game. It just didn't "wow" me as much. I found combat to be super annoying as well. Most enemies can jump huge distances and once you're knocked down you're screwed as they just keep knocking you down. 7/10.

    Assuming this years game is decent then this will be a good thing. If people don't like MW2 then it could suck for COD fans. I think this is a good move as churning out a new game every year was hurting the franchise really and the last few games have been shit.

    When you level up the timer gets longer and you can craft items to extend it. So it becomes less of an issue after a few hours of play.

    I played this for a few hours yesterday. It's more of the same so if you liked the first you'll like this one. My 2 major problems are: 1) The timer you get at night giving you limited time outside before you need to find a UV source is just annoying. 2) Having to find "inhibitors" to increase your health or stamina. I'd be OK with it for health but I don't like not being able to increase your stamina by just running around like in the first game.

I have these. There's just a wire that goes from the controller to the headset. The sound is excellent and I've never had any complaints about voice comms.

    Cheat provider stops selling cheats for this game because the game is dying and also the cheats won't work because the game is so broken 🤣 Battlefield 2042 cheats being discontinued by creator | GamesRadar+ WWW.GAMESRADAR.COM Performance issues have played their part too I suppose this could be seen as a win 🤷‍♂️

    I've only played the campaign so far and it's actually pretty decent. I don't know if I can even be arsed with MP. One issue I have had is that the game completely shut down my Series X and I actually thought it had bricked my console as it wouldn't turn on. Luckily a power cycle sorted it out.

    I've got this on the way as my rental game from Boomerang. So I'll see how good or bad it is in a few days.

    I don't understand the decision to be fair. If I want to play with my friends on PS4 in 64 player games, then surely that's my choice to have a "lesser experience"? I've been playing 64 player games for years anyway 🤷‍♂️

    When it's released I will first see if I can download just Warzone and if I can I will check it out. But I'm not downloading an entire other game AND Warzone just to play it.

    Another update is due in December as well. It's fair to say that this game should have been delayed for at least another 3 months. I'll pick it up in the new year when it should be in a better state.

    The thing about this game is that I said I wanted it to be like a next gen version of BF4. Seems D.I.C.E misunderstood me and they thought I meant BF4 at launch 🤷‍♂️
