    Regards the UEFA game, I'd just bin it. I don't know when they think we'll be able to play it, we still have to play our postponed Burnley game. Even winning this game we already have to add playoff games to our schedule. As has happened before we'll end up playing games every two days for a fortnight.

    I have done a little testing today on the server. After some initial niggles it seems to be working beautifully. With regards players maybe stick to 10 for now and see how it goes. I'd be interested to see how it performs with 10 concurrent players on a horde night😅 Thanks @tronic44 for setting it up with GTX. Where you find the time I don't know😁

    The new patch dropped just before 8pm and I managed a couple of hours on it. @crispymorgan joined my game for a bit too and slaughtered a bunch of undead. The city we're in is massive and has a fantastic variety of buildings, it looks really good. So much to explore! I've built a temporary base on top of a house but next time I'm on will look for somewhere more permanent to establish a home. Not found any bugs yet and if it continues to run well then we will look to set up a dedicated server for it.

    Yeah it's been in development for ages. You can access it before launch by buying the super duper version but yeah that's not happening. Still will keep an eye as its getting decent feedback and there's a Drewski video where he plays it with AI team mates that shows it off quite well.

    Good news is that they are updating it for PS5 in February and apparently it's free to PS4 owners. I have it on console and you'll need your wheel for it as its too hard with a controller, I've tried 😁

    They had a streamer event over the weekend and plan to release the update this afternoon, US time. Probably looking at 8pm in the UK if all goes to plan. It's being released via the beta tab under experimental and they're recommending using the cleaning tool in the launcher to wipe any old builds before creating a new world. The pre-made worlds, yes, that's plural, are all brand new too and they recommend trying them out before doing a random world generation. I'll put full patch notes up later. Trader missions look vastly improved. This truly does look like a great update and I can't wait to get on it! Alpha 21 will have a story mode 😍

    Note, as its a 7 minute long lap, there will be no qualifying. I'm suggesting race order is reverse of current league standings, as its the last race, but open to other suggestions.

    Yeah, still early days but I'm happy he's got them looking like a team again. I'm very impressed with Conte so far and I hope Daniel backs him up in terms of the squad.

    Indeed and I will be forever sorry not sorry😅 @Macca89 it has snipers @Mikepjbell and @techno are also recent PC converts who might want to try it out for the first time too!

    I was a little burned out with 7 Days waiting for Alpha 20. But then it drops completely out of the blue🙂 Suffice to say, a lot of time will be spent on this. Will test it out this week and we'll probably then organise a dedicated server. I'll start a game server up tomorrow that we can play on while we test the new patch. @RenFengge and @TurboR56Mini you really need to join us in 7 Days to Die, it is so much fun accidentally killing @Greboth with dynamite despite friendly fire being switched on😁 To think how long ago it was that I saw @tronic44playing this and joined in, so many hours of fun 🙂

    There was a big update yesterday and you can guarantee they will be putting a lot of effort in this game. I would suggest only the surface has been scratched in terms of the features we'll get to enjoy. The BF4 release had more content but was unplayable for me. I've played BF2042 most evenings and only once had an issue. It does need optimisation still as it gives my PC an 80 degree workout but other than that it has fit into my game library very well. Hopefully I can find a cheap PS5 version as I'm the only one on PC right now😁

    For me, the difference between COD and Battlefield is no longer blurred, they're both morphing into the same thing. We'll see where that goes. For more tactical shooters I have other options on PC, so not a problem for me. I'm hoping the price of the PS5 version comes down as I'll probably pick that version up now a few things have been fixed.

    Looks like a massive shift, with some Battlefield veterans seeing this as the end of the game they loved.

    Good racing last night and looks like, with one race left, a Kiwi will take the championship. The last race will be three laps around the Nordschleife, so that will be a laugh. When the league finishes I might do something to keep us going until GT7. I was thinking of doing a fun championship where everyone has to use the Mazda Roadster with boost and high slipstream on tracks we don't usually use (short courses for example).

    I'll definitely give it a go. I actually reinstalled Warzone recently so I might have a practice at some point.

    Actually it's less than 7 days. I had something itching me that made me do a check on the long awaited Alpha 20 and lo and behold it apparently releases this Monday.
