    I have both Xbox and Switch, just afraid it'll be shit and not age well, in terms of gameplay rather than graphics. If it's a complete remake with modern shooting I'd be all over it but I don't think that's the case. The original is up there with the all time greats of video games, I loved it. Don't want to tarnish my fond memories 😁

    The DayZ server is £15.99 a month. I haven't been on in a while but now summer's pretty much over I'll likely be back on, so I'll keep it up and finally add some mods.

    Yep, can have a rotation or simply focus on one game mode and map.

    Shall we start with Thursdays and see how it goes? Would be one league race and a couple of casual races starting at say 8pm uk time. I can start on the calendar and race schedule. Ideally each week the event details would be ready the Sunday before each race. Looking at October but again let us have any info from anyone that can't do a Thursday ASAP

    I jump on BF2042 for the occasional game of Breakthrough. Lvl 45 currently.

    The time trial is a good idea, I like it! I have a crappy time up for the current one I think. Not sure about fortnightly races but we do need input from all on availability. If we do 14 races in a season I'd suggest taking everyone's 10 best finishes, so if a race is missed here and there, it's not the end of the world.

    Just testing the waters 🙂 The game has been out a while now and a few more FGers have it. Is it worth setting up a league like we did for GT Sport? I'm happy to do the schedule etc if we have enough interest. If we do, also think about what night and when. Maybe to start in October... If we did, what day? We started on Tuesday and moved to Thursdays previously. And if we have nonUK drivers it might be best to switch to a weekend... Anyway, lemme have your thoughts 👊

Music for punks and skins and more famous outside the UK than in blighty, I'm going to their 50th anniversary at Camden Roundhouse in a couple of weeks, can't wait.     Where do you prefer comments? On here? Or YT? I suppose YT would be better for the algorithm? I will furnish you with top-drawer commentary 🙈😁 My group uses a virtual table top, as we live in different parts of the country... but yeah I'd have no problem without a tabletop, I prefer picturing everything in my head.

    Steam deck has surprised me, I'm really enjoying the array of different games I can play on it. It's not for shooters without kb&m as peripherals, but it has made me playing games I haven't touched. For example, I'd never gotten around to playing Call of Cthulhu but I'm loving it on the deck, particularly late at night before bed. The sound is amazing too btw.

    Bot post alert lol but really this is true. I forgot to mention it. After the last patch dropped, some players were given the wrong amount of credits. They couldn't fix it properly for those players, so they made every single player a millionaire. 🥳

    I'm glad I have a big back catalogue 😁 These summer months it's been too hot to switch the PC on but there's nothing new to entice me anyway. Starfield and S.T.A.L.K.E.R 2 are 2023 releases and nothing else grabs my attention.

    I'm playing GTA4 on the Steam Deck. Pretty awesome. Also Bit Blaster XL which is a retro style game going back in time to the Asteroids era.

    The whole system is rotten mate, this country and most of the planet is on its arse, with all sorts of shit on the horizon and I don't see anything getting better. Happy thoughts😅
