  1. I agree mostly, I just find it interesting how capitalistic corporations can be described as 'left', whatever their mooted socially conscious ambitions might be. The word has been diluted as to be meaningless and used as an easy box to put all manner of conflicting ideologies. I find it lazy. But (a) I think this conversation doesn't belong on this thread and ( I will be more considerate in future in how I present my arguments, and don't take it personally, I don't discriminate when it comes to being an annoying cunt[emoji8] Sent from my SM-G955F using Tapatalk
  2. I ften don't even realise when I'm writing on these topics regarding how it looks, I probably should but I'm like a dog with a bone sometimes. I had an extra pint at lunchtime today and my annoyance was obviously influenced by that, though I can't use alcohol as a defence in a court of law so shouldn't use it here[emoji16] Sent from my SM-G955F using Tapatalk
  3. Funny, according to Adam, controlling public discourse is supposed to be left leaning. And, there's no lefties on this site as far as I'm aware. I'm done. Sent from my SM-G955F using Tapatalk
  4. I called you out for the 'left-leaning' bullshit, that's the context I'm after. Why are these corporations 'left-leaning'? Are they Marxist? Leninist? Trotskist? Stalinist? What is 'left' about a capitalistic enterprise? Socially left? What the fuck does that even mean? Sent from my SM-G955F using Tapatalk
  5. 'Wilful' ignorance Adam, try reading and comprehending before reacting. But yes, when you come on here spouting opinions without context, I will always make a point of drawing that to your attention. What else should I do?
  6. The perils of being in Marketing these days[emoji23] I pity the fools who buy this shit. Sent from my SM-G955F using Tapatalk
  7. It's funny which point you picked to reply to eh? Not me picking up on the wilful ignorance of your post, that's for sure.
  8. All public discourse is controlled and always has been. That you're still on this left/right bullshit is laughable. Sent from my SM-G955F using Tapatalk
  9. Will keep an eye on it now I know about it Sent from my SM-G955F using Tapatalk
  10. As a little'un in the early 80s I remember Banks still being spoken about with a certain amount of awe. Best keeper this country ever had. Sent from my SM-G955F using Tapatalk
  11. The criticism of the game is all from people on the forum who didn't actually play the Beta. It's almost like we're primed to dislike, somehow. Nutty, Blue and Jewboy's opinions would be welcomed, as they all played it and enjoyed it You are all welcome to your second-hand opinions of course
  12. Finally managed a 2:19.952. Really like GR4 on this track. Time for a new one?
  13. I highly rate Ramsey, once he's in a decent team he'll show his class. Can't believe they let him go, and for free. Quality
  14. The PS4 version was excellent, I played about 5 hours of it. The PC version had a few bugs, which I'm a little concerned about but it's a beta not a demo, right guys? Guys? [emoji28] Sent from my SM-G955F using Tapatalk
  15. Memory of a goldfish[emoji38] Sent from my SM-G955F using Tapatalk
  16. [emoji23] Though to be honest, I'm loving the Beta. Movement is more fluid. Great level of detail. Less bullet spongey than Div 1 (at least so far) Liking the drone that repairs your armour. I've been solo so far and managed to go without dying, again, so far... Sent from my SM-G955F using Tapatalk
  17. Surprised I hadn't seen this before.
  18. Nice one Gary, I'm the same, so glad I decided to try manual, it really does make it more enjoyable. Sent from my SM-G955F using Tapatalk
  19. Getting 2:20 times now, a perfect lap from them all would see me in 2:19 territory so I'll be aiming for that next time I'm on. Sent from my SM-G955F using Tapatalk
  20. https://t.co/ugFsQOlhe5 Draining the swamp or just another politician talking shit? I was passed this yesterday. Interested to see @McNasty opinion on this.
  21. I have to say i really enjoy this track. It seems very straightforward and driveable but there's a lot of places you can lose time or gain time, depending on how you look at it. Haven't managed that perfect lap yet but I'm going to see if the M4 can get me round faster than the Audi as I'm still in low 2:21 territory. Using zero traction control now[emoji41] Sent from my SM-G955F using Tapatalk
  22. I also don't see with it's supposed to be racist. Me being me, all these clothing brands are shit cunts and exploiters anyway. Sent from my SM-G955F using Tapatalk
  23. Private beta now live
  24. [emoji23] Well, they still knew how to make rock n roll in the 70s. Underrated decade. I love the glam guitar riffs. Crackerjack was still on in the 80s, they don't make kids programme like that any more eh I preferred Mike Read on Runaround, and even Cheggers used to put good bands on his Cheggers Plays Pop show[emoji39] Sent from my SM-G955F using Tapatalk
  25. I'd have loved to see them back in the day, them and The Sweet, cos I luv Blockbuster [emoji41] Sent from my SM-G955F using Tapatalk
