  1. Yeah i can't see myself going back. If they ever do a Fallout 3, New Vegas remaster, or Elder Scrolls 6 (won't hold my breath) I'll just buy the games themselves.
  2. Ah, I did wonder how you could play DayZ on console lpl Nice one, I like laptops just afraid of the heat 🫠 I've picked this up now as i have no chill, so I'll be joining too 👊
  3. I suspect ill pick this up at the end of the month. Does anyone know if they fixed the issue with save files? @ChaosGladiator Didn't know you were on PC now, welcome to the brave new world 🫠
  4. New trailer. Still calling it Tarkov in space but that's partly because Nikita, the lead dev, is working on this.
  5. I found the PS5 Pro on sale on EE's website (of all places lol) the day before prices all went up. Couldn't resist picking it up as I've one eye on the forthcoming GTA 6 and I hear Pro is the way to go. Got the disk drive for it too.
  6. Looks to be doing very well right now, getting decent reviews considering it's early access
  7. FH5 was ok but I agree, preferred FH4. I also only played 5 on gamepass whereas I bought 4 and have it both on PC and Xbox. Since the ridiculous price hike for gamepass my Xbox has become kind of redundant but FH6 may be a purchase at some point, the reviews have all been very positive.
  8. After a shaky start it's doing quite well for itself. I didn't know there were mods already!
  9. I tend to agree. De Zerbi is volatile, who knows how long before he has another tantrum...plus he stands up for domestic abusers, just lovely 🙈 Honestly the people at the top of the club are totally clueless. We have ex-Arsenal chief Vinai Venkatesham as our CEO. He's has a commercial background and knows sweet FA about football. Plus he has overseen the worst financial results we've ever had. His time running the Arse corresponds with their worst performing years in the Premiership. And fans thought Levy was bad.
  10. I feel like the PS5 has never really got into its stride, its just a slightly faster PS4 as far as I'm concerned...with the PS5 Pro being more in line of what it should have been...and with talk that to really be able to enjoy the next GTA its best to have a Pro, which is currently around £700 🙈 and they're already talking about PS6 being on the horizon 🙃
  11. I was busy this weekend and didn't get much chance to game but I did manage a couple of hours last night. Really enjoying the game so far, I'm still exploring the starting area, I've been sneaking into manor houses and looking for loot. Some have stongboxes with puzzles to navigate and these have items that help buff you up. Still getting to grips with a pretty complex control system. As I said in my Steam review, whoever designed the keyboard layout was obviously drunk. It's a really enjoyable game and I think I'll be playing it lot. Oh yes, you can pick up cats and pet them 🥰
  12. I managed a couple of hours on this yesterday evening. As it suggested using a controller I decided I might give it a go with my Steam Link, which lets me play it on my TV. After literally 42 updates to the device (been a while since I used it lol) I played an hour on my TV. However, 1080p on a 4K TV, it didn't look great, so I went back on my PC monitor. I played it at 1440p and it looked beautiful, I was very surprised my card could handle it but I was getting just over 60fps on medium settings. What an amazing card it is, they've never made a better one imo. The good. I like the game a lot, it definitely scratched a certain itch. I think I'm going to want to spend a lot of time on it. I might start over on kb&m. It was fine with a controller but we'll see. I like going to chat with NPCs and they've got an assortment of English, Welsh, Scottish and Irish accents which is pretty cool. I've watched a few tips videos and the first thing I did was ring the town bell to open up more of the map. The game is massive. The bad. It crashed three times in two hours. Now that's annoying. Fortunately it autosaves whenever you do anything interesting, so no progress was lost. Hopefully more patches to the game will fix that. All in all I'm glad I picked it up. Not for £35 in the end, as that turned out to he a weird deal involving playing on another account...
  13. The game seems a bit marmite for some folks out there. However, I finally got around to trying out Dragons Dogma 2 yesterday and wasn't impressed so I've taken the plunge and bought Crimson Desert on Steam. I'll give it a go this evening to see if my geriatric 1080ti can handle it.
  14. I've heard the same. I'm going to hold off on it until I hear back from @Luseth when he tries it out.
  15. I kind of need to upgrade my PC to play this game properly. If the ram crisis calms down I want to upgrade at the start of autumn but will see, PC gaming is mind blowingly expensive right now. But yes, I'm glad they're still busy making this game better and better.
