Dude remember the PM I sent you? There was some sound advice in there. What I'll tell you is that you're a shapeshifter. You adapt to everyone else, and always go with the flow. Regardless of what you want, if someone wants to do something else or go somewhere else, you go with it. You never argue, you're always trying to be a good friend, and never say no. Does that sound about right? If so, then it's time to stop that shit and become yourself. Don't be what you think everyone else wants. This is a mistake I also lived by for years, and it got me nowhere. It was only once I started becoming my own person, making my own decisions, doing my own thing regardless of whether or not my friends wanted in, that I started becoming the person I am today. There are a few expressions in life that although aren't entirely true, they certainly hold an element of truth in them. They are: Treat 'em mean to keep 'em keen. - I'm not saying be a dick to everyone, but you need to let people know that you're not there for their fun, but for yours. You need to add things to social situations that make it fun for others, and someone who just goes with the flow is about as entertaining as a soggy paper bag. Play hard to get - this is a tricky one, because you need to make people want to hang out with you first. Once you've achieved that by begin confident, exciting, etc etc, then you need to make sure you put yourself first. Don't go cancelling your own shit just to keep 'em happy. If you can't do something then tell them. Things like this are very hard to address over a forum because I can't see your face, gauge your emotions or anything. All I have to go with is text, so it's entirely possible that my assumptions are all wrong. If that's the case, tell me. And sort out your fucking sleep cycle. You sleep stupid hours and go to bed at ridiculous times - don't. Fix this and you'll be a happier person, and confidence will come from that, which in turn will boost your social life dramatically. Trust me on this one. Starting tomorrow, in bed at 9, asleep by 10. Get up at a normal time, and do something productive. I dunno what you do, polish or varnish your guitars or something. Clean your house, whatever you need to do to give yourself that feeling of accomplishment. You'll be feeling better within a week.

Well the domain thesurvivor2299 has been bought, and has a ticking timer on it, which as of right now, indicates just shy of 25 days time. My best guess is that this is when we're going to see a proper teaser, or a trailer or something. There has also been a trademark application, which was filed on the 14th. The application was filed by DLA Piper, which handle these things for numerous large companies. One thing's for sure: if this is a hoax, they've gone a lot of effort to make it.

As much as I hate to give this guy any publicity, as that's probably the purpose of this video, I need to vent. This is a video of someone who "destroys a PS4 in front of Gamestop". Now my first thought was that he waited in line for it, then when he got it, destroyed it whilst other people were watching, just as a little attention seeking thing. Now although I would've still thought that he's a dickhead, I then watched the video, and saw that he was in the car park, where not a single person was watching. Now surely if you want to make a statement like this, you do it in front of olads of people? Or is it because people can't punch you in the face through Youtube? Did he not have the balls to do it properly? He might as well have done it at Walmart, or Poundland. It makes fuckall difference where he did it, because nobody saw it anyways. The title should've been "PS4 destroyed in some random car park where nobody can see me because I'm too chicken to deal with people's reactions" I also noticed that the PS4 came out of the boot, in a box which was already opened. So he's gone home, played on it a bit, then come back to destroy it. If that's not undermining the whole thing, I don't know what is. He says he does this "just for fun". Something which he destroys in 5 minutes, could've brought another family years of joy and entertainment. Hell, that's $450 which could've fed a family for a month, if not two. Yet this dick seems to be unable to comprehend that there are people less fortunate than himself and just wastes it all. Shit like this just pisses me off. What a dick.

Unless this is a hoax, Fallout 4 is on the cards. Fallout is still on my todo list, so I'm not too clued up about it, but I'm sure there are a few folks here who'll be frothing at the mouth.

Nice write up old man. I had a couple of games last night, absolute hoot. I'm addicted to the XM25 at the moment, on Zavod it's just so much fun popping snipers off the roof when they think they're behind cover. If anything, I find everything too busy. Baddies don't stick out a much as I'd like them to, but I might need to turn down some effects to make them stand out more. Brilliant game. Loving it!

Oh and I am busy setting up a bf4 server in London, so decent ping for us UK dwellers. Stay tuned for the details.

Yep, makes perfect sense. I find I have three modes though, reckless, thoughtful, and "in the zone". The latter seems to be when I'm just in full form, everything going perfectly. It's also usually when I'm playing solo, and anyone who's ever played with this lot will know why.

Good point. I'm a very firm believer that stats killed gaming. I remember the good old days when you saw a scoreboard after a match and once it disappeared, it was gone forever. Too many people give a toss about kdr, longest headshot, etc etc.
