It's also a 2x8gb rather than a 4x4 kit so you'll always have a few slots spare should you want to upgrade later. GTX980 - Fastest single-core GPU on the market. 'Nuff said. The only card that will trump this in the foreseeable future is the Titan X, which goes on sale tomorrow and will be between £800 and a grand. You could however go for an AMD R9 290x 8gb model which will come pretty damn close to this 980 performance wise and in some games even beat it. This will save you a hundred or so but you'll need a few fans in the case as that baby pumps out enough heat to power Bangkok. The 980 has very low power needs and heat dissipation. Great card. 600w PSU - Again, a bit of a premium here but this is for reliability purposes. This is assuming the 980 as GPU. If you go for the AMD option, go for a 750w. As this PC is now, this PSU is perfectly fine and this PSU will allow you to clock the nuts off both the CPU and GPU without breaking a sweat. Case - This is just a placeholder but is a great case. Pick any ATX case you like which is in budget and a reputable brand.

I must be honest here, they're great cans and I absolutely love them, but they're not £250 great. If I were to put a price on them, I'd say £150 at an absolute max. That said mine were a gift from Kyla so can't# go wrong really.

Bloody brilliant night last night, thanks all. First Crota kill, got the Ir Yut LMG and the scrotum helmet which completes my Titan raid set. Perhaps most importantly, Lee didn't murder a penguin with a kitten so that was good too. Big thanks to Simon for showing me how to get on to the roof by the Bridge encounter too, that'll definitely help in future as well. Euan is a fucking clown. I actually wanted to swap characters and grab that chest with the other two as well but I just couldn't bring myself to do it. Good times. I'm going to hook up my PVR this evening because moments like that need to be recorded. I did get it with the PS4 but it doesn't record voice so it'#s just a bunch of idiots dancing in the Crota raid. Once I've killed someone, why does it take the game long enough to let them kill me as well before actually killing them and crediting me with the kill? Why, when I've been using a shotgun all fucking day do you think it's fine to spawn me in with my primary? And no, not after I died with a heavy either, or without special ammo. Full special ammo, get killed, respawn, got a fucking auto rifle in my hand. Have you got any idea what a daft cunt I look like trying to get in someone's face to blast them, only to fire one or two auto rifle shots and then get killed? Why do we have to search for special ammo? Why not just spawn with it? Why is there no game mode without all the special / shoulder charge / super / other bullshit? Why, when in a random group, do I always get the team full of idiots, and why is the enemy team always full of little bitches? Why do snipers get an easy bounty of 15 headshots but us shotgun users have to get 10 buckshot bruiser medals, which is approx. 15.239x harder to get than a pussy ass headshot? Why the fuck does Thorn have this goddamn fucking stupid Void kills part, if Thorn doesn't have anything to do with Void? And last but not least, WHY THE FUCK DID I BUY THIS RUBBISH SHOTGUN?
