So I've finally took the plunge and got myself a lovely PC! Thanks to everyone who helped with the advice and knowledge, Didds, Greebs, Phil, Lee, and others. For someone who knows absolutely fuck all about building a pc or picking one it was nice to have people around that do so thanks 💪 Now... I need some game recommendations, maybe some decent offers on atm that I can take advantage of, I know some have spoken about Valheim, but any others would be awesome! Thanks again peeps! 👍

Looks ace dude. If you want to bend it a bit and see how much strain you can really put on it, for free, download Planetside 2. That'll show you how much grunt you have in a live, proper battle scenario. I'll probably get the Gamepass too, it's insane value. The flower is a nice touch, did your boyfriend get it for you?

It was quite an uneventful race up front, Kiwi had me by a small margin in qualifying but thought it could be an interesting race with us so close. But Kiwi had a bad start and got swamped but quickly made his way back to 2nd. By then I’d got 2 seconds clear and then a mistake and/or penalty for Kiwi put an end to his chance of winning 😞 It sounded fun what was going on further down the field though. The amount of swearing mixed with apologies and position changes 😄

It used to be Mike that I'd worry about but lately I wake up in a cold sweat following all too real dreams of Lee in my rearview mirror. 😁 Good races last night, after a bad start I found myself in 4th with Lee hassling me and Mike 6.5 seconds ahead. After a couple of laps, Lee fell away after fluffing turn one and I was slowly reeling Mike in. I'd pulled back 3 and a half seconds but then almost crashed when I saw Mike crash ahead of me. 3rd place again🙂 @JBR-Kiwi was clearly quickest but in his battle with @Greboth he had a little mishap and Greebs pulled away to win the spoils. Apologies to @slamminbones who I did accidentally nudge at one point early on😉

Ah yes, competitive eating. The ultimate fuck you to those unable to feed their families.

My thoughts exactly. Going to have to mess around with settings first to see if I can get VR running properly. But I currently have no plans this weekend so plenty of time for racing.

Really enjoyed last night's race i stuck with the end pack till about lap 4 then as usual I think I'm a gardener and decide driving on the grass would be more fun but all the way through the race I could see the person in front even if they were a dot on the last lap.

Absolutely awesome game. Art style is great and the gameplay is a nice subtle step above hack and slash. For £15 it's felt like an absolute steal

So ACC has had quite a major update yesterday. All covered nicely here; The cliff notes though are; - Improced physics engine which now runs at 400hz - A few tweaks to the tyres model with respect to heat transfer and management - Added the BMW 4 series GT3 car - Added DLSS for nVidia and FFX for AMD gpu’s It’s the DLSS I’m most interested in as ACC is a pig to run in VR. So hopefully with the benefit of DLSS it will be possible to get a usuable framerate in VR.

Yeah, hopefully that's the last game in a Spurs shirt for some of these duds. I have BT Sport but haven't watched a single game all the way through in this crappy tournament, the players clearly can't motivate themselves for it.
