DATE: 24th December 2020 SESSION: Week 6 Day 3 CALORIES: ???? SESSION: Squat 1x1@160kg Squat 2x7@130kg FEELINGS: We multitasked like a champ today, hitting some singles on squats and smoking my Xmas gammon on the kamodo. Squats moved lovely today and hitting 160kg for a nice smooth single was a good bench mark. I don’t know if I will ever get back to the 200kg club but to be honest being pain free in my knee is the priority right now and today was exactly that. I normally like to train on Xmas day as a bit of a tradition but with Maddison it’s not going to happen so slipped my squats in today. Merry Xmas all! IMG_0318.MP4

After tuesday night i did some of the licences and ended up getting a gr.3 car sods law 😅.

Football is pretty interesting right now. Every few weeks its suddenly a different team are going to win the league. I hated the days when it was dominated by a few big spenders, there's still half a dozen teams who could win the league this year at this stage and that makes it much more enjoyable. Liverpool will win of course unless some of the other contenders can manage to get a result against them. Spurs came close, but for some poor finishing.... and I'm a bit frustrated that we're not trying to dominate teams like we can when we decide to. But Wet Spam lost last night, so there's always that to keep me happy😁

Nice to get that raid done , bit of trouble at Atraks but everyone kept calm and patient so was always going to happen. and from there on not to have a wipe with two new people in @RedBeardCG @Kemp210 was pretty amazing , hope you all enjoyed it. @Ajay sorry we started without you, just didn’t know if you were going to make it.
