  1. In the UK we only talk in terms of download and upload, rather than connection, when referring to internet packages. Apart from Lee, who only talks in terms of routers. Sent from my SM-G955F using Tapatalk

    Best 1tb SSD?

Can you go m.2 nvme? The speed increase for ditching SATA is insane.

    Best 1tb SSD?

Samsung have been reliable for me. I have an 840, an 850 Evo and a 970 Evo Plus. The 840 is a survivor from my last PC (was my boot drive) and is 8 years old. ๐Ÿ™‚

  5. At any weight you can run it's all about pace and distance. Even 1k at a slow pace of 10 minutes per KM is better than something. Before this covid i had applied to go on a run leaders course to which got cancelled but we get new runners to the club i run with some are over weight and they come with questions about their weight and running to which i always say it's about your pace and distance and always say start at 1 KM at a really slow pace and built it up little bit at a time when you are comfortable with the distance you start from. Mostly on my long runs i keep getting blisters on the inside of my foot and toes which could be either my running trainers or the way i run to which i need to see a doctor as the out side of my normal wearing shoes/trainers wear down but with my trainers i own 3 pairs 1 pair is solely for trail running then i have competition/event running then my old pair which do seem to have plenty of life left in them but it stats with them that after 500 km they need to be replaced and i'm on about 900 km with them so only way really to find out is use my event running pair see if i get and blisters.

  6. Glad you said that as Iโ€™ve got the Peugeot down to a 1:19.082. My perfect lap would only be a 18.986 so donโ€™t think I made too many mistakes and so donโ€™t think thereโ€™s much more time in it for me.

What injuries do you keep getting? Shin splints? Must be agony doing that many marathons / half marathons? Sounds like a good plan. I'm planning on putting in even more energy into my daughter's football sessions. If i;m getting them to run around for an hour I might as well do the same!

    Halo Infinite

Because I'm looking at it without fanboy rose tinted spectacles[emoji16] Fair play, they've gone for smooth experience over gorgeous looks, but the graphics are dated. I hear it's most because the graphics look better in light and a lot of the footage was shot in shadow...but even still, just look at the basic graphics of the rifle, there's no detail. I'll still be getting it and part of me thinks they're under promising so they can over deliver, but the graphics are not selling game at all. Sent from my SM-G955F using Tapatalk

  10. Haven't run in 2 months many reasons injuries bought a house which needed alot of work every room decorated the garden was in a right state then there's work and lastly lazyness. I use to run 3 maybe 4 times a week so need to get back to it. My normal 5k (3.1 miles) time was around 22 minutes to 24 minutes but this run I struggled and nearly killed me.
