I've played ten minutes of it - and it's way WAY better than I thought it would be. Was really worried about the mechanics in the main. Going from old ATB which I was just used to, to a hybrid real-time that can interact with ATB has been executed pretty damn well I think. I struggled a little bit to notice when the ATB meter is full but I think when you are in a party of 3 then the ATB will be filling up quite regularly. Looks - Insane. I mean they have really thought about how to remake and upgrade a fantastic treasure into something that has nostalgia but more so leaves you with a wanting/needing to carry on playing and exploring every bit of detail they've re-imagined. I agree with @Middle Class Caveman , the camera could do with a tweek maybe, yet I will try it with the camera as it was designed as it brings in areas of the map that you usually wouldn't see. Apparently has over 50+ hours in this episode alone. They better be already making the rest of it already because seeing outside Midgar would be a sight for sore eyes if this is what they've done to the first location of FF7. P.S. No one does cinematics better than Final Fantasy. Gloriously made.

So many fps games with small variations on the same theme, I lose track and they often fail...but this is Riot so maybe it wont be a flash in the pan...we'll see! Sent from my SM-G955F using Tapatalk

I doubt this will get much attention, but if you've got 30 minutes, give this a listen. It's really good.

I'll use this thread to provide some basic tips that aren't always apparent. In no particular order 1. Switching between 1st and 3rd persons = F4 key 2. Free look while in 3rd person = hold down Z key while you move with mouse 3. Before taking off and landing, check in with landing services via comms in MobiGlass = F1 4. Check fuel status after a while. Can refuel at plenty of places. 5. If space cops come at you, immediately stop and you'll avoid a massive fine. 6. Best early missions are deliveries as they are good earners and help you get your bearing in the universe 7. In the MobiGlass contract menu there are tabs for general and personal jobs. Personal deliveries tend to pay higher as they may be slightly illegal. 8. If you do any investigation or mercenary job, buy guns and medikits before you go. 9. In some ships you can sleep and log off in the ship, and wake up on the ship next time you log in. If you logged off in your ship on a planet you'll awake in the same place, if you logged off in a space station, you'll wake up there, if you logged off in your ship in space you'll wake up in a space but not necessarily where you logged off. I think it'll do well particularly in Asia but I am very surprised at how unoriginal it is coming from Riot. That could put off quite a lot of European and American users especially as they've played this type of game for many years now. It's a very crowded market and many F2P games have been DOA or on life support very early on in recent years so even with proven developers, it still isn't a guaranteed bet.

Yep, most of the horrible things that humans do to each other are based in fear and come from a place of ignorance, though not exclusively. Our economic system creates fear and our education systems perpetuate it, as our education is designed to serve the economic system. But yes, fear and ignorance divide us a hell of a lot.

I had OW and enjoyed it but once people moved on, I traded it in. Enjoyed the game and characters but seems you needed a squad to truly enjoy it. I like the idea of a story mode. Sounds good to me! Via the FG App
