I thought it would be a good time to do a quick update as we are heading into one of the biggest weeks of gaming next with E3. It's been a funny old year so far this year. Some real positives seen early in the year however, games have took a serious dive into Spring which has been felt around the community. We continue to say hi to new people coming in and old veterans coming back and saying hi. Great to see a few stick around of late too. We should be proud that we've still managed to do quite a lot and have a lot of fun along the way. Over recent weeks we have: - Loads of video montages, thanks to @tronic44 and @Greboth - The born of GTA FG Friday - how epic have they been?!? - The creation of the Forever Gaming Feel Good Fund with a bunch of people wthat now feel good - New quizzes made for the community - A bunch of new members and a few old regulars have come back That being said, I feel like we've lost a bit of drive of late. It does happen as it is Summer and for once, the UK is having decent weather, but with the hope of what comes next week, let's get back on track. I can't do this on my own and we all know how this is the best place to be when its buzzing. Share what news you can from E3, get involved and support the new FGers feel at home. I want to push this place and all of us to have way more fun and get more complete a shed loads of activities together - from messing about in quickplay games, completing hard raids and joining up to do some charity streaming and real life meeting. We can do this people! GGFG

Looks like a whole lotta fun

I have literally just bought the game for this alone. As long as all 8 players are in a party rather than 2 x teams of 4 this is monumental.

8 player raids and year one DLC consisting of 3 episodes will be free

The original was amazing with fantastic mechanics and tremendous fun so this one should be very good and worth following.

Really enjoyed the first one. Played from launch for about 3-4 months then got a little bored. Heard its improved a lot though

Apart from the cheesiest Party chat I've ever heard over a gameplay clip, that does look impressive. Makes me want to jump back into the first one. Hopefully they'll have different ways to combat the bullet sponge bosses. The part where one of them gets stuck in some glue stuff was pretty cool as you have to wait for a teammate to bail you out.

Hey Dan! Last I heard from Kyle, he sounded good and was still doing his studies. Horty is in a band, has a cool job and primarily plays on PC. The twins, John and James are on PS4 with different names. Last I heard anyways. You could probably hit them up on facebook if you wanted to game with them. Pretty sure they are still into cod like you. As for me, work and school sums up my days with a healthy mix of Netflix/Twitch here and there. Always see you posting your meals/snacks on Instagram. You take protein to another level! LOL and most of it looks pretty good too.

When they announced this at EA Play yesterday; all they said is that they'll have more info later in the year which basically means they have probably only started working on it (cash grab) recently and currently have nothing to show. WW2 battle royale - no thanks. This over-saturated fad is on its way out and even a few big streamers are saying they are bored shitless of it. This generation of gaming will be remembered for loot boxes and battle royale. What a load of shit.

It’s a tough grind to be honest. With it only being a week long I’ve had about three hours to play it. Don’t like the time gated stuff like this. It’s difficult for people that have jobs and kids to put the time into it to get the real benefits from it.

Nice FG update Lee, pretty sure we can make this an epic 6 months for us. You always have to take E3 with a pinch of salt but just getting an idea of what the games will be like is great. Looking forward to some be titles being revealed 🙂

Cyberpunk 2077, The Division 2, Dying Light 2, Forza Horizon 4, Gears of War 5, Halo Infinite, Devil May Cry 5, Just Cause 4 and they keep on coming! Not bad for day one of E3! Edit* go to bed and wake up to the Elder Scrolls 6 annoucement - finally!

Nice to see Sledgehammer be more creative now that those deluded ignorant lying arseholes Condrey and Schofield have left the series. Shame the damage has already been done as most people have long abandoned the game but it does bode better for the future of the studio with them two out of the picture. SHG have been listening to the community lately and trying to make the game enjoyable along with fixing major issues that plagued the game since launch. Pity it had to take them two leaving for SHG to escape the clutches of the restrictive creative dictatorship those two morons were running.
