Easiest way to ease into overwatch is soldier. From there you can get a feel for what the team is missing. It's all about picking the right team structure, and counter picking against enemy teams. Certain maps demand a teleporter, others need a shield. Reinhardt is another easy character, but very useful. If it's just the weekend, I'd suggest soldier 76.

These A50s are PRICELESS. You guys are amazing. I thought they were brilliant up until a few days ago...and then I had to ask Didds why my balance for voice and game was not sounding like it was working. Clearly, I didn't know you had to change a few settings in the PS4 audio options to get it working and BLAM! Once you go to these you'll never go back.

Morning you beautiful FGers. I've implemented some new features surrounding Calendar events. Now we have a calendar and currently we have some release dates and we've made a few events on there which has worked to some small success. We now have the following calendars when anyone wants to update game releases or/and create an event for us to play together: Game Releases - add any game release dates you are aware of. This doesn't just have to be me! Destiny Calendar - for any events or key dates for Destiny Overwatch Calendar - for any events or key dates for Overwatch Rainbow 6 Calendar - for any events or key dates for Rainbow 6 Community Calendar - shows birthdays and should be used to create ANY event related to other games Now, once you find the confidence to create an event (which is really easy to do), make sure you enable RSVP so people can let you know if they can make it, can't make it or they are 'Maybe'. Once it is created 2 things will happen: A new topic thread will be created every time an event is created. If you create it on the relevant calendar it will be created in the relevant sub-forum. This is also beneficial for people only viewing through the App as they cannot see the calendar but there will be a link you can directly go to the event to say if you can make it or not. Any 'Community' game e.g. Cards Against Humanity, will feature in the General Gaming section. Having connected the forum to our FG Discord server, it will also create a notification in the relevant sub-discussion so it works similar to LFG but our own personal FG one. I'm hoping you can all try it out. Even if it's just for a few of you. It would be great to show this off, especially with the tons of games we play and Destiny 2 on the horizon. Right, this will make a few people very happy because I have taken advantage of the free weekend trial and downloaded Overwatch. Now I need you lot to give me some tips so I can put my team on my back and carry them to victory like I have to do in COD. Lay your tips and tricks on me. Best characters etc

Mate, that's some serious good work to start with mate. Assists and kills count towards your streak. Sounded like you're on about Roadhog! That the thing with these characters, all locked down characteristics. Some will work for some situations, then they'll be absolute dogshit the next. Hang in there, you will get used to their moves. Just think of it like a suped up straight forward Street Fighter. Every character has their moves but easier because there's less to learn. Just difficult to master.

I find that not dying is fairly conducive to being successful. The biggest advantage to this tip is that it applies to pretty much every character.

Good man Kiwi! Crispy is pretty much on the money if it's only for the weekend. Personally, I think coming from CoD you would be more inclined to go for the DPS characters like Reaper, Tracer, etc. All I'd say is don't make your call on this game too early. The more you play the game the better it gets and you'll then get chance to try out other types of players which may be different to how you've tackled previous FPS games. All about the team comp in this game and you need to try and compliment the the other 5 players to be successful.

I'll dedicate some time to this tonight so we can have some sort of proposal that matches the interest and a structure that's in place so you guys don't have to worry about the little boring admin points.
