It's an Arma III mod role playing game. You can play a civilian or cop and you just live on the island of Altis. You can live an honest working life by doing different jobs such as driving, mining, fruit picking etc... or you can become a rebel and rob banks, drug run and go on a murderous rampage. You can buy clothes, cars, weapons, food, houses etc... Alternatively you can become a cop and patrol the island working with fellow players to kick out the troublemakers who deal drugs and go on rampages. It's a pretty neat and surprisingly enjoyable concept that works but douchebags are aplenty!

The sybaris is actually very good, only 5 trigger pulls till the clips empty, but the way I have it molded it typically kills in one 2 round burst. It's up to level 29 already and I just unlocked the damn thing a few days ago. I'll be holding onto that one.

A friend of mine wanted me to draw a Flygon (a pokehmahn) flying, looking "awesome". This is what my diseased mind sharted out. Again...Understandably. x)It's not like Jsin's art, where it's all deep and sh*t. I just draw ponies. Not a big market for that around here.

Anyone play this? I've had a brief look and am interested in getting into it proper sometime. Any tips, tricks and all the usual mumbo jumbo help and thoughts would be much appreciated

T minus 19 days till I leave for my annual 16 days at the cabin in the woods fishing/hiking/boating all along the Au Sable. Can't wait, I go on a lot of fishing trips through out the year but by far this is the main one I live for and look forward too all year long. Nothing but woods, river, fly fishing and hiking along the river, no phone no internet no neighbors to annoy me, no traffic no schedule, hell don;t even need a watch, just the open air and sights and sounds of the great outdoors. It's like being a little kid again and counting down the days till Christmas Eve

Different servers are set up differently. I do this first time I join a new server: Buy a driving license from DVLA. When you join they automatically put money in your bank account, and you get £3000 deposited to your account every 5 minutes. I buy a driving license. Then I buy an offroad. Then I buy some clothes and a backpack, then first aid kit, toolkit and some food. Ready to go earn proper money I can either: do a delivery job ( helps to learn the map but the pay isn't great) buy a pickaxe and become a diamond miner (pay is great but you run more risk of being robbed) I then buy a gun license and buy a weapon once I have enough funds I then go buy a heli (usually I go for an Orca) You can be a drug traffcker, a fisherman and all sorts as well as a rebel or police but that's what I generally do. Can form a gang and rob the bank etc too...

Another reason why French people fuck me off! Ah it'll be good to join in. Are you mainly a civilian or a rozzer? I imagine slots are hard to find on servers for the police role. Also does your gear save between servers and on each server at the end of the session when you quit?

I was on the other day (mining diamonds) and he and his mates randomly kidnapped me and held me hostage. He didn't know it was me. I also play on blackwing gaming's Altis Life server which is pretty much always full. Let me know and we'll go on together one evening...

Today's weigh in is 252lbs. So 147lbs total lost now. Been feeling real good lately and getting closer and closer to my goal of about 220 which for my 6'5"-6'6" height I feel is about ideal for me. More than likely I will probably gain a few lbs while on vacation for the next 2 weeks, but long as I don't splurge too much I should be fine and back on track to my goal when I get back home.

Machinima, how I see it, are movies made with game engines. Not necessarily short. One of my farourites is 90 mins long and took one and a half year to finsish. With music, story, voiceacting, everything. This channel on youtube just named itself after that genre. As I am a lazy ass, I best let others explain what machinima is. Boat is all ready for 2 weeks on the Au Sable. Been working on it a lot the past week. Washed/waxed/lower unit lubed/bearings packed, added spare ignition battery, modified the rear casting deck fixed a wiring issue as well as other things. Ready to go chase some trophy sized smallmouth and pike now.

I stopped playing wow. In fact, I've all but quit gaming completely, I almost have to force myself to find something to do on my pc. And any self respectong gamer know that's from Pokemon. Jeez Rich, letting the team down there dude.

Isn't it awfully early for a leak like this?

I haven't been this excited for a Call of Duty game since... MW2? Anyway, I hope this game is real...
