J4MES OX4D 10,213
Another crazy day in the Championship- Oxford survive beating Sunderland 2-0 so I am delighted! Insane that Hull are now in the drop zone and Preston have been dragged into the mix after Luton, Plymouth and Derby all won. Playoffs have take another huge turn with Blackburn and Millwall back in it after Coventry blow it and Bristol City playing Leeds Monday. Cov v Middlesbrough last game too! GazzaGarratt 11,180
I have no idea what on earth is going on in the Championship. I've tried to turn a blind eye as for me, the season was done at Christmas anyway 🤣 So at least the last day of the season will be great to watch as a neutral. We have to beat Sheff Utd away on the last day so in all honesty, Bristol and Cov should still get 5th and 6th respectfully given they have Preston and Middlesborough. Probably shows that its more fun watching Championship games though! 🤣🤣 J4MES OX4D 1 Link to comment https://forevergaming.co.uk/forum/forums/topic/52-football-played-with-feet/page/172/#findComment-161018 Share on other sites

Assuming Leeds beat Bristol City tomorrow, that will pile on the pressure for Saturday as Preston will need to better Hull's score or risk relegation by even a single goal it is that close. Blackburn could even draw and go above Coventry if they can better their result and with Burnley going for the title against Millwall, that'll be a tough ask for the visitors there. Coventry look really bad right now - terrible keeper, sloppy defending and a few injuries so that wont be an easy game for them and Boro could even win there and still miss out. Could be very interesting at either end for sure! J4MES OX4D 10,213
I really enjoyed the game last night and it was refreshing to see football played in its purest form outside of this horrendous slow-paced tippy tappy posession-based way we usually see today. PSG did the same last week and it was brutally effective and great to watch. Sennex 1,927
Yea, that was a really fun game. I need to see what's on this afternoon. I hope it's another good one. Sadly they don't really promote the games here, and they pop up on two different channels. J4MES OX4D 10,213
Arsenal game was not quite as entertaining but my god did they miss some chances early on and paid the price. I actually thought they could turn it around and win quite comfortably and they could've achieved that within the first 20 minutes. PSG scoring first and then getting a foothold made things really hard and although Saka missed a good chance to set up a tense finale, it was never a close contest as the game wore on. Spurs better not balls it up tonight! phil bottle 1 Link to comment https://forevergaming.co.uk/forum/forums/topic/52-football-played-with-feet/page/172/#findComment-161090 Share on other sites
Sennex 1,927
I have options for two games Bodo/glimt vs Tottenham or United Men vs Athletic club you all really need better names for these teams, I swear to god J4MES OX4D 1 Luke 23:34 'And Jesus said, "Father, forgive them, for they don't think it be like it is, but it do." Spurs and Bodo game is in freezing cold Norway on an artificial grass pitch, so will be a horrible game to watch. I have to watch it unfortunately 🙈 Sennex, J4MES OX4D and Plumbers Crack 3 Link to comment https://forevergaming.co.uk/forum/forums/topic/52-football-played-with-feet/page/172/#findComment-161095 Share on other sites
Sennex 1,927
United Men it is then, thank you This is what Lee had to say: Hard shout. Spurs could be in trouble as they're playing on a different surface. Man Utd you never know what you're gonna get! ---- IDK what that means lol GazzaGarratt and J4MES OX4D 2 Luke 23:34 'And Jesus said, "Father, forgive them, for they don't think it be like it is, but it do." GazzaGarratt 11,180
Whilst being away on tour, seeing a few of these playoff games makes me realise I'm glad we aren't in them. Sheff Utd look bang on to win the Championship final. Heartbreak for Cov, but I think its probably better than going to Wembley to get spanked by Sheff Utd and their ex-Cov players. I really don't know who is going to win between Man Utd and Spurs. I think Forrest Gump said it best... phil bottle and J4MES OX4D 2 Link to comment https://forevergaming.co.uk/forum/forums/topic/52-football-played-with-feet/page/172/#findComment-161118 Share on other sites
