I don't think the ps4 will. =SYou know it's been confirmed PS4 will though, right? On console I think the attempt at doing a mod service like will be limited or just shitty in general. We'll see (I've had a pint of Kronenbourg and the rose tinted specs have gone flying), but if they don't do it well, with a decent UI to help people along then - as I say - it will be shitty.
