The OG Modern Warfare would've been a fine adaptation back in the day but god knows what garbage they'll concoct here.

This game looks very interesting - S.T.A.L.K.E.R meets Deus Ex, Metal Gear Solid, Mech Warrior and a bit of Tarkov in a PS1 visual-fest which further combines first person and 3rd. No release as of yet.

As there's been a few updates and it's on gamepass I've downloaded this to my Xbox. I need some variation in my gaming and so I'm hoping this floats my boat for a while : )

Guehi will be absolutely furious as will Liverpool. He will either leave on a free at the end of the season or try and drive a move to Liverpool in January if they are still interested at a cut-price between £15-25m. Massive blow for him and his career. Huge missed opportunity for Arsenal yesterday too - Arteta went there not to lose and they still lost. Far too negative and cautious in his approach and he did not use the attacking players well at all. Even Newcastle with 10 men really took the game to Liverpool and were very unlucky. Sometimes it's good to play the big teams early on when they aren't gelled and that was a huge chance for Arsenal to make an early statement especially after City lost again.

The Guehi deal looking like it may be off, which is interesting. The only place LFC look even slightly vulnerable is at the back. I'm surprised no-one else went in for him as I was hearing they were getting him for 35m.

Well, Liverpool have pretty much won the title now 😂 Already beaten Arsenal and they finally got Isak and look like they’re getting Guehi. That’s one hell of a transfer window…

I've been playing through the campaign with a friend and it's still enjoyable. It does look very dated I agree. It should have been updated to at least UE4.

I may grab Game Pass for £1 just to do the campaign again. I did play it a couple of years ago using a *cough emulator but I'm tempted to see how this Ultimate Edition remaster will run. Game running on Unreal 3 is just pure laziness - I didn't even realise until @MrBiron mentioned it - I actually thought it was a UE5 slop job but they were so lazy, they basically did a direct port of a direct port of a 20 year old game.

There's no doubt its a decent game, I enjoyed the first three GoWs, but just kind of shocked at how dated it looks...

Digital Foundry did a good video on this. It is a lazy effort. It's basically GoW Ultimate with a couple of extra tweaks. It's still running on UE3 🙄 I've grabbed it because it's on Game Pass but there's no way I would have bought it.

Its free on gamepass so I downloaded it yesterday. I swear it looked better when I played it on Xbox 360.

I grabbed this for £42 on Game Thor which is a great site - there was no way in hell I was paying £70 especially for a shot-for-shot remake. Completed the Virtuous Mission part and they've definitely done a great job with the visuals and cutscenes. Controls take some getting used to and there is some annoying collision issues with bodies on the floor though. Unreal 5 once again proves itself as a dogshit engine and Tim Sweeney today has come out and blamed all the developers for problems across the entire portfolio of games that utilise it.

Game is out now but the reception has been pretty mild particularly on PC. Just sheer laziness from Microsoft piggybacking a shite port rather than do a trilogy from the ground up like how MCC and Mass Effect Legendary was done. Feels like this was just done to wet the appetite of PS5 users in time for E-Day next year with it being a prequel but for £40 it really is a shite offering.
