Lol @techno, so harsh but fair 😂. But ultimately the grind finished me off, and it’s a struggle to see what would bring me back. I have been here before though, dipped out for two seasons soon after D2  launch and I think another time. To answer @GazzaGarrattquesrion, I guess what happened to me twice to bring me back was just hearing things had been fixed and the fun was back. But I’ve not really heard anything much about lightfall other than the worlds first race took 2.5 hours which I guess makes it sound like the raid is pretty straightforward. And if it is, that’s a step in the right direction for me. The last two raids haven’t hit the mark for me. Kings Fall I always thought was too long, for my available time anyway.Vow was great in some of the encounters BUT the requirement to learn like 20 symbol names in order to do it was a pain in the ass. That raid could have been great but in the end I barely played it.
 
Destiny was at its best when we had all those clan raids during lockdown, Deep Stone. Crypt, doing all those raids with a cast of about 14 rotating in and out was just gaming at its best and I guess for me it’s the highlight and everything else has been a bit downhill since.  Not a difficult raid, spectacular, and fun. Not sure how we get back to that.
 
I hear the grind has got a bit less, which is a good news, However my only real info I get on D2 is the destiny help account on my Twitter feed which seems to be constantly ‘being aaare of a problem’, so not sure how well the game is holding together anyway. Happy to hear different from anyone still playing it. 
 
Also pretty sad inditement of the gaming industry that the fallback for us all remains CoD. Is that 15 years we been doing that and still nothing takes it s place!

As a teenage environmental protestor in the 90s it was clear to me that the majority of people are too caught up in their own petty bullshit to do anything about the environment, or anything else for that matter.
I'm just glad I'll likely miss all the really horrific stuff coming our way in a couple of decades.

I remember as a kid when they finally banned CFCs. The corporations had been denying any issues for decades, saying it was a Marxist plot, but they couldn't really hide the big fuck off hole in the ozone layer which just got bigger and bigger. 
We were are now, it's too late to fix anything as far as I can see. 
 
Just look at the world, people arguing over bullshit, inventing ridiculous conspiracy theories, too scared too look at the real cause of our ills, like Nero fiddling while Rome burned.

You are more than welcome, it helped me understand some aspects of the game a bit more too, and it was nice having that bit of NFL banter on the whatsapp group. Would love to make it bigger for next season, and i will try to organise the draft so everyone can be online next time 😂😂😂

Problem with the situation was , so many people watching, formula 1 getting more interest than forever, and you end up having to finish the championship with 5 laps behind the safety car…..that would have been even worse than what they did !
 
Maybe they should halt the lap counter if the safety car comes out with less than 10 laps to go?
