    I agree "for some" usually the lowest paid who funnily enough will probably be the ones that suffer most for not having such a service. However we smoke, drink , drive , have nice things etc can you see where you'd really miss a couple of quid a week? We can go around in circles with this, we had a 9k fix spread between 3 houses a few years back which at the time would have screwed me, I like the peace of mind.

    We have a local electrician that runs his own scheme and I have homeserve York's water. Also maybe alot depends on the age of the property and people's own personal DIY skills. I have none I pay professionals 👍

    Yes I have one for electrical, plumbing and water. Some can be covered by house insurance but I have always got value out of these otherwise I wouldn't have done it. It's a small outlay we don't miss each month but has saved me significant amounts (especially water) that im basically Infront.

    I had virgin from the start (ntl) as I had to ring by for bt sport each year for a discount and as I'd been having trouble with virgin dropping out ( I've since learned alot of people friends included end up with no service for a time) I decided to take that leap. However leaving virgin was a fucking chore their customer service is useless appalling and a downright disgrace however reading reviews leaves me in a mind that these companies are pretty much all bad in that department, seems it's like they all know we need them. However I have sky for TV (that I can't see changing) broadband is bt so I get sport whilever MotoGP is on that platform, yes speeds are lower but like Dave said it's pretty irrelevant and with all the fools here using it including multiple ps4's I haven't really noticed a problem and I don't have to reboot regularly like I did with virgin. I'd say go for the best and cheaper package that suits your needs. Oh and virgin can fuck off 😁

    I think it's 400 for the vow but the symmetry overtook it and got completed but my vow isn't at 300 yet. The grind for shaders and emblems this time and the fix sparrow is retarded. If I wasn't off work I'd have not bothered I finished it last night and it just completed didn't drop a sparrow so fuck knows. Also the iron banner quest is pointless that was just a shader and emblem too 😂

    Well I finally finished it and though it explained a few things I think that it was just too much messing about backwards and forwards but it was interesting enough to keep me entertained and I enjoyed it but im not crying out for more there's way better stuff out there. Will wait for the next series. Yennifer and geralt were great and well played.

    Well so far im up to episode 4 and finally it's all become clear.. No, that's not right, wtf is going on 🤪 I'll definitely finish the series and hopefully it will make some sense it's entertaining enough to see it through.

    Strikes kind of are as they are and have always been in the game. I like crucible regardless and iron banner especially, I do think it was better in d1 👍 and im definitely not one of the sweats that uses the same shit all the time, infact anything outside the norm is more fun tbh Diddums sucks 😂

    @Docwagon also makes a good point find something to aim towards maybe as motivation, I did running a while back to do a 10 k I'd signed for, a workmate is working towards his first marathon, maybe a tough mudder or something you might want to do you've thought of yourself.

    They are pretty good and a welcome change but maybe only because they are actually new, no new vendor weapons is a travesty imo. I also think you kind of missed the point he's right when he says the bread and butter of the game strikes and crucible should be better and more worthwhile above just getting weeklies done. If the same weapons drop from iron banner (haven't checked) then that's a massive fail too imo.

    As Tom said diet, stop drinking and smoking. We have a fully stocked free gym at work too, I'd been bugged by my workmate to go so I thought I'd give it a go and while he admits he's no expert the routine we do that fits into our lunch break has had an effect. Now while this isn't an ideal situation I've seen a benefit and that in itself motivates me in other ways especially this time of year when the hibernation sets in. Good luck with it, it's something I wish I'd turned to sooner. Definitely be an interesting thread look forward to reading @Middle Class Caveman post.

    Talking to kempy the other day who says he goes through a PS4 controller every 6 months my scufs have been great value. I have tried other similar products (granted non of the more expensive newer ones) but the Scuf has always been the far better product

    I can see his point but I've been meh about the loot for ages tbh, I play basically to pass time and enjoy different aspects of the game. My game time would be cut if I had something else to play though. Guess that's typical of a casual gamer.

    I enjoyed that too. There are loads of good documentaries on Netflix, the Vietnam Ken Burns one was long but interesting as I didn't know much about that war. The 24 hr war about le man's ford v Ferrari and also the Carroll Shelby one he was such an interesting character. I also trawled through all the cross fit ones too which were also decent if your into that kind of thing, what can I say Netflix uses no data on my plan so great for work.

    Im really liking it as Lee said the sundial is way better than the vex offensive even though I haven't had much time to run it for doing other stuff and it is more chilled due to no real urgency to get more pointless light levels. I like the way you earn new weapons and fuck me if they don't have new interesting perks 😳 . I've just finished the vanguard weapon quest for the sidearm and it wasn't too grindy. They managed to ruin PvP again expect arbelast all over that 😉🙄😅. Also resetting the 100 ranks gives you a reason to just do random shit love that new rank system and it doesn't take too long and I see there are some actual useful items on there ( are you watching infinity ward 😁) so far im plenty happy with this new 3 month content drop.

    Im guessing they affect people differently however I feel better but I out that down to the placebo effect, im taking something to make me feel better soon should either way im benefitting.
