I haven’t played salt and sanctuary yet, I might have to buy it when it goes on sale. I’m a big fan of souls and souls like, buuuuut I haven’t played a 2d game for a while and I’m not sure how I’ll like it. I’ll have to look for it on sale and get it if I ever get tired of elden ring.

While I should be excited about this, as mw2 was my favorite cod ever and I spent months of game time playing it, I can’t help but think it’s gonna be another game that I play for a few weeks and then never touch again. I hope it re captures the cod magic for me but I won’t keep my hopes up. I’m sure I’ll still get it unless it looks like a dumpster fire. I have zero interest in BR games so hopefully it has a good MP selection and some re hashes of my favorites from back then.

Yeah, I think my first play through was about 105 hours, went for the age of stars ending. I just need two more endings to complete platinum. I didn’t back up my save so I’ll probably beat it on new game plus then start a fresh play for the last ending.

Yeah the 2 hand mechanic took some getting used to, but it became pretty natural after a while.

I just killed the head bitch at the academy last night. So I’m gonna be on the hunt for demi god # 3 soon. I have a lot of the lake area to explore before hand. How far are you? James what about yourself?

Yeah. Weapon upgrades help a lot. There is a cave that has a bunch of upgrade materials by the lake. I know that’s vague but I don’t want to spoil what’s there if you haven’t been by it yet.

I played a good bit today and got passed the first major boss, he was kinda of a cunt, make sure you level up and upgrade your weapon before fighting him. Fighting him early will probably be frustrating unless your a souls god. Definitely a skill check. Having played a ton of hours worth of souls it’s a little weird being open world and just going wherever, but I’m getting used to it. Changing the action/interact button after so many years is making me jump at random instead of picking shit up. Lol Overall I’m enjoying it immensely, and time freaking flys playing it. wonder if we should make a new thread for tips, q&a’s maybe? Since this isn’t a straightforward experience. Can’t wait to dive into this. Souls games are o fun the first few weeks to with all the activity, co-op and invasions, finding secrets and weapons. I might even stay up til midnight to get started on it Thursday night.

What a weekend for football fans. Got treated to some great games and one of the best games Ive seen with the Chiefs and bills. Pulling for cincy and the rams super bowl.

He was great in Fight Club too. I’m just happy there is enough old dudes here to know who he is. Lol I work with a kid who never heard of him, and I asked him if he ever seen fight club, nope.

Yeah man. Would be crazy upset. Big Ben making the playoffs in his final season is a great story but beating the #2 cheifs and advancing is just icing on the cake. I was at the Steelers final home game and I can’t remember a more awesome exit for a player. Everyone stayed for probably 20 mins or so just cheering him on.
