Lolz. I'm trying to look past the obvious annoyance that they are same as other guns but reskins. I mean all guns are comparable but to make them look exactly like the others annoys me somewhat. At least the Armour is unique. You watch it doesn't drop as often as guns for most people now.

How I have missed Iron Banner. Such good games, back on Control where it belongs. Got some great wins in with @Diddums @techno @Capn_Underpants @Rico and @Misneach_. I think it had a decent balance all round. Dropped the Sidearm and Hand Cannon so far, no armour drops yet. The new map based on Shores of Time we struggled with initially. Best probably just to hold B and C on that map and let them come to you.

I suppose with bounties I was too damn lazy and forget most of the time tobpick them up. Challenges help me personally but it would be nice to see a full view of them, like the old quest tab. I miss that shit tons. Raid gear, I'm agreeing with you that it needs special perks. Just not raid specific perks. I want gear to be transferable to other activities. For example,a perk that helps you significantly reduce the damage when Momentum is activated in Nightfalls so it keeps you going to other activities. I never once cared for the raid gear perks in D1 as it was always about highest light got me through it and Discipline/Intellect cooldown. Yep, crucible is subjective. Its why I've always loved it and adding one of my favourite game modes with SnD (Countdown) is just what I wanted. Its PvE endgame content and lack of 6 player content that is my gripe.

Yeah but Fortnite doesn't cost a penny. It's got one goal for one game mode. I'm unexpectedly enjoying it right now because its fresh. It's not a long lasting game for me though. Just a fun pick up and play game but only with others, for me.

I've added some extra times across this week for the raid, some in UK and US evening time. Also added trials on the weekend. Not put too much on considering its Iron Banner and previous experiences was that we did play this most of the week to try and grind for the gear. Happy to others up if you have different times. Please have a look if you can and let us know if you can or can't make them. Thanks everyone. P.S. If anyone is around to get me through Calus too this week, that'd be grand

Personally I enjoy crucible and I don't get the bounties if i'm honest. I don't miss them as they were a serious PITA to go and get them from the Tower every fucking time I wanted to play. In the end I just blanked them. They only worked well in Iron Banner. Raid perks on gear should be there but not raid specific perks. That's pointless imo and never understood it in D1. If I beat the raid with the stuff I have on, why the fuck would I want new gear that lets me beat it easier? Hard raid maybe? but the level cap goes up and we can beat it without that stuff. Give us unique perks like Exotics used to have. Nearly every exotic piece of gear has been dummed down apart from Orpheus Rigs for the Hunter. It's a little too 'same playing field' if you asked me to be uber critical.

Armour looks amazing. Not sure about the guns. The Pulse Rifle and Auto Rifle are the ones I want to drop the most.

I haven't got a base yet so fine with me. Also, great shout to get co-ordinates again. I'm thinking that we can put up the map on here with marker to everyone's home and key waypoints. We can update as regularly as we want then. Can anyone do this at all?

Okay. Let's see who is looking to get it and who isn't. Personally, the beta weren't all that bad and I buy games now to play socially more than ever before, so I'll be buying this. I think it has way more playability than IW ever has. Won't be playing it extensively, but certainly whenever we can get a group together....that is if people here will be buying it this time round? *holds ears waiting for bitchy cod sounds to happen*

W/C October 10th Weekly Nightfall This week’s strike is the Inverted Spire, with modifiers Attrition, and Timewarp: Killing Time. Attrition greatly reduces health and shield regeneration. Defeating enemies will sometimes create light wells that you can collect to restore health and shields. As for Killing Time, you basically get to extend the mission timer by killing enemies. Flashpoint We’re back on Nessus this week for the Flashpoint. All you need to do is complete Public Events to finish it. You can get it done faster if know how to trigger Heroic objectives of these Public Events. Meditations Combustion: Hawthorne’s waiting on the cliffs above the salt mines. Help her get the word out: we rally at the Farm. Chosen: the Almighty is finished. Time to go home, save the Traveler, take back the City, and end this war. Be brave. Hope: Commander Zavala is building a resistance at a moon of Saturn. Make contact and join the fight. Call to Arms The weekly Crucible quest is same as always; play a few matches (usually 5-7) to get a Powerful Engram. Iron Banner On for the entire week, you can obtain all new gear and weapons by selecting the Iron Banner option, which is the game mode Control.

PES wrapped up a deal with Arsenal now. If it could just get the chequebook out for the others just watch the horde of people flock to this game from FIFA.

How and why I couldn't find a thread on this seems strange as I thought I put up the E3 video somewhere. This game is going to be epic, but heard today it is more likely to have a 2019 release date. Bummer. I'm really hoping to here more about it and what the MP has on offer. No doubt the SP campaign will be a killer like the first. E3 Trailer

Nearly 2 million concurrent playerson Steam now. Part of me thinks if I was the developer, I wouldn't be going exclusive with Microsoft. I think if they delay themselves further into the PS4 market then they'll lose out to Fortnite and other games that would have had the time to develop this game mode into their game.
