Morning all. For a while now I know its a running joke when I say something about 'its on the website' and then the typical response is 'what, on the forum?'. Yep, you're right, it does show quite clearly we are mainly a forum but for ages I've been trying to show how much other fun stuff we have on here as well as being able to post up on the forums. Unfortunately, unless 'you know', then you're unlikely to check past the first page here. Equally, not everyone these days is up for posting a million and one things and if they do, they either kinda get missed or a good write up probably deserves a different space e.g. like a blog or article. So with that in mind, and we are into the summer holiday months, i'd like to try and bring a new landing page together. I want to know from you guys is there anything specific you really want to be prompted on for a front homepage? This can be as simple as 'Latest quizzes' or it could be more about 'give me the last 20 forum posts or 5 most popular topics currently'. They'll have to be stuff that i want to be more prominent so you know its there and we interact with those bits more but clearly want it to be tailored to what you wanna see. So.....what you think everybody? If you need inspiration, check out all the menus on FG. There's about 15/20 things in there that you probably just didn't know we had. P.S. I'm thinking about a tutorial for each addition too, just so anybody can at least understand the basics of its interaction. Let me know if this helps too.

Been tempted for well over a year now to get it on the Switch. Problem is I think I could end up like Phil...its all @Findmartin and me did when we grew up! Leeds, Robbie Keane and Michael Bridges on Champ Manager destroying every club and Keane scoring over 100 goals was such a highlight. Now I need to find this game! @Dan94, it isn't too highly technical is it? I think CM went down the pan somewhat when you had to spend 24 hours setting up the whole squads training even just to get to a game.

co-op is totally a selling point and it'd swing me if you think it was worth it to dip into that mode. Problem is, after playing New Order, you then feel spoiled somewhat for such an amazing FPS shooter. Would love to have that as a co-op one.

Wasn't there a 'momentum' factor they put into the game a few years back now? I remember it years back when I dabbled in a bit of Pro Clubs. I wouldn't even be surprise if it was on games like Overwatch too....

Really disappointing to see. If he hadn't gone to Real Madrid on a stonking good contract maybe I could a tiny bit understand as its his job so he wants the most before he retires but @Dan94 is spot on - unless he wants to buy a country when he retires that is.

No I haven't. I actually don't think BO4 is in a bad place, just all the talk of microtransactions is the worst part. The actual game isn't that bad. As with any CoD, its about how much content is there for us to group up. Prop Hunt was really good back when we played this regularly. Its just a shame that I think the max party number was set as something like 8 which isn't ideal for FG gaming nights.

SkillUp has also trashed the game as well. Shame the gunplay has been somewhat changed from what I can see. You're making me think I'll go back and finish the Platinum on PS4. It was so good to complete I think it's only a few collectables I need on hardest difficulty.

Can you use the in game money you've already got to enter it initially or is it a real money entrance fee all the time. I think I seen @fg_cal get a pretty decent car through it so far.

Yep, I am and I've been meaning to get this Seal titles done in forever. It's only this week that Double and Triple Valor on Crucible. As I say, if i have the chance I'll pop on. I haven't heard your lovely dulcet tones for a while 😘

Lol. Ironically I never read reddit. Like ever. So at least I'll have no influencing voices on there. Re:Hopper. I'm not sure mate as I'll have to watch it again but I'm sure there's a electric spinning force field that pops up at that pivotal moment so he can't get back? My view is that if you buy into the 80s wacky vibe the program has had since the start, you know that dont try to explain everything that happens and I'm cool with that. I think if it was in any other era and had a more serious tone then it should explain some things further. I mean, I'd argue Eleven's powers haven't really been properly explained thoroughly for my liking but that's okay. I think some bits need to be a little open-ended.

Is there any of that stuff that a person can earn through in game currency or loot boxes?

I thoroughly enjoyed the whole if series 3. Managed to watch it across 2 days. As we talked in my PPR, I think because you could binge watch it, I didnt get that slow build up feeling in the first 3 episodes - maybe the same could've happened to GoT because all you do is over analyse one episode until you can watch the next one. Overall, the soundtrack was unbelievable again, the surroundings and cliches they had as it was 1984 was just mindblowingly accurate. I was totally born in the wrong era to be able enjoy perms and colourful clothes. I did feel the Russian spin to it was quite far-fetched although it was around at the time. Ending was great, warmed to Hopper throughout the season whereas I didnt like him to start with as a raving alcoholic. As much as there may be a little cringe in tiny parts, they seem to balance heartpounding moments with great comedy. Didnt expect them to see Never Ending Story near the end. Cracked up to that. Nice twist with Hopper adding his own words to the letter to Elle too. Bonus points for that ending. Season 4 anybody? May be difficult to keep that up as the kids get older and we're already in 1984.

You gotta go back and get some pics cant believe you're that close to it. Hopefully they'll have left some random souvenirs by accident.

I'll check my emails again and see what's occurring tonight. I have to play my ass of in Iron Banner this week and Crucible to get 5 ranks up so if I can get on for an hour I will do 👍

I need Baryon Boughs and Etheric Spiral more than anything else, why cant there be a forge on Tangled Shore and Dreaming City?! I'll check my amounts of Datalattice and Dusklight Shards to see if i should do it. I know a number of you guys have been trying it which makes sense if you arent hurting anyone elses Forge run. It's only annoying when it says you're on and you're not! 😂

Rikers and Troi confirmed to come back too. Apparently, Sir Patrick Stewart has been assisting the writing of his character based on his own knowledge of Star Trek too which is really cool to hear. Got my Hope's up that they'll do this Star Trek era of characters some justice.

Exactly what Apex Legends are doing too. I think it's also why Overwatch is building a PvE game. The demands of having a game that can do both PvP and PvE are very much want people want these days.

So here's my initial thoughts: Dr. Strange new film. Cumberbatch really plays that character so well No Avengers movie. Like at all. What if..... is that Spiderman and Fantastic Four?! I really want a film with FF done properly Not sure what a Black Widow film can give you after Endgame? Not a fan of prequels. Eternals has to be the replacement for a big Avengers movie. Really hoping they'll nail this People are likely going to slate Falcon as he can't compare to Captain America. I do have high hopes for it though BLADE! Bring back Wesley Snipes!!!!! (I know he's not playing the main but surely as a cameo) Did I mention no Avengers movie? As much as I'm gutted for the last phase to be completed, there's some good ones in there to look forward. Even a Female Thor (Natalie Portman) should be a good twist to it as its still Taika Waititi as the director who made Thor Ragnorak into an amazing film.
