  1. IGN have got a load of exclusive info and footage on the way. September 8th Also in the trailer at about 19 seconds, you can see a glimpse of a new map and Kill Confirmed.
  2. Avoid all games with Season Passes unless you know exactly what you're getting is my motto! If you buy the Season Pass separately; it'll probably be only £5/$5 more, so I'd probably get the standard edition with the pre-order bonuses and then just see what else is on offer down the line. It's funny how all these games are now 'seasonal' with these passes but many people just trade the games in after a month instead of waiting 4 more months for extra material after they've stopped playing and moved on to something else! I can understand with games like COD which have a structured plan over the year with content and a 'life expectancy' of 12 months but other games jumping on this Season Pass bandwagon have no real cycle in the industry so it doesn't make much sense.
  3. Day Zero bonus weapons detailed; The EM1 Quantum, AK-12G Assault Rifle and the B2 Crossbow.
  4. Yep! I've always found the IW side of the franchise has better connections compared to that of Treyarch which has better games but sometimes unplayable. I've never had a happy medium since the MW2 days regarding this. Hope Sledgehammer retain the best of both worlds to further cement the quality work they have done so far. I think lag compensation has really screwed up the series of late and I'd rather go back to a single host advantage in a locale as opposed to lag comp where everyone suffers based on being dragged down to the weakest connection in the lobby. The TTK in AW is allegedly that of Black Ops 2 although it doesn't look like it most probably as the games were LAN based in alpha so if this is the case; the connection will need to be spot-on else it will be hell just like BO2. Ghosts was fine but I think the low TTK masked that a bit.
  5. I love Roy Hodgson's quote; "We'll find it hard to bring attendances back because the opponents we're playing won't excite the public." LMAO! Take a look at ourselves Roy - England fans don't turn up for the opposition; we go for a good game to see England. Sadly England are shite, the players are useless and you are clueless. We'll find it hard to bring attendances back because WE won't excite the public.
  6. Can't wait for the England game in a bit! Been looking forward to this since the World Cup. The team looks amazing, the atmosphere sounds incredible and I'm really looking forward to seeing Rooney as captain. Even though it's a friendly; I am pretty nervous about the match but think we'll get a win against the might Norwegians which will be a massive boost for our confidence and current world ranking. Great to see Adrian Chiles presenting the football again. /sarcasm It's gonna be shit and Chiles is a fucking cunt
  7. Nice! I miss having a Nintendo console for games like these
  8. Good news today; the police have dropped the criminal case and extradition proceedings and will be reunited with their son. Terrible situation but the public outrage and common sense and given a very happy conclusion!
  9. Not sure if real or not..
  10. Danny Welbeck to Arsenal for £16m. Not quite the massive signing most Arsenal fans were expecting but reasonable enough with the right players around him.
  11. One to watch indeed
  12. So Hernandez to Madrid Falcao to United Didn't see that coming yesterday!
  13. Anyone following this tragic story? Basically the parents of a boy with a brain tumor discharged him against medical advice from an NHS hospital and traveled abroad to seek alternative and potentially better treatment for him. They took the necessities to help him for the coming days but the police and Europol issued international arrest warrants for them. They were captured yesterday after being arrested in Spain and are now involved in a extradition process for their return to the UK. I am absolutely mortified at the reaction by the police who have been far too heavy-handed in this situation. It's a complex and sad situation for the boy and his parents but treating them as criminals who are on the run on the backdrop of a massive manhunt is just disgraceful. They haven't really done anything wrong. They felt the NHS wasn't offering the best available treatment and decided to discharge him on this basis which I believe they have the right to do. They also took steps to ensure his welfare for the trip into Europe and were selling their home in Spain to fund special cancer treatment in the Czech Rep whilst maintaining his health to the standard of the NHS. It is a risky move and perhaps they weren't thinking straight but they obviously felt it was the best option and it's a much higher level of care that the UK hospital could offer. The reaction by the police and authorities and the way the family have been treated is fucking shameful. As if it wasn't already a very traumatic and delicate situation; I am staggered at the way the family have been perceived and now dragging them through a legal system and not allowing contact with their dying son is just sickening. If the parents get charged with any offences after this; the public all over Europe will be unified in pure disgust. I think what the parents did was in the best interests of their son and they took the adequate care in maintaining his health whilst willing to do anything to secure the best possible treatment that cannot be delivered to this standard in the UK. Some may say they were stupid in their actions but the bottom line regarding the reaction of the international police is beyond belief. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-29009883
  14. Man Utd's best potential line-up Still need more players as you can see!
  15. Great signing for Man Utd! I did not expect that one bit. I really thought it would be a battle between Arsenal, Man City, QPR and Greenock Morton for Falcao but that's a good bit of business from United for a solid and proven striker at all levels. This window is going to be mental later! I'm in the same boat as Rich about Sky so I'll be spamming the refresh button til midnight
  16. You trooper!
  17. Falcao to QPR You heard it here first
  18. Everton 3-5 Chelsea Not over yet either!
  19. I think they're planning to offload him at the end of this transfer window to QPR for £9.5m so they don't want him injured
  20. COD Online also has Robot Zombies which looks interesting
  21. I'm toying as to whether I'll put the Man Utd game in my accumulator tomorrow. May make a retarded bet and win like this chick did http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-2735670/Cheshire-girl-wins-1250-accidentally-betting-MK-Dons-beat-Manchester-United-4-0.html
  22. Sod it, I just bought MW2 on Steam for a tenner in the sale and it's just bloody brilliant. No hackers so far, plenty of newbies and legends having fun and it's just fantastic to sample the UMP, Predator Missle and all the classic maps again. Haven't played this in about 3 years since the 360 but it kinda makes me sad about what Call of Duty has become. I am buzzing for Advanced Warfare but the last few years of COD have been all about the commercial side, shitty gameplay politics and dour connections. MW2 for all its problems was just and out and out fun game regardless of the bullshit. It's good to be back and it'll take me comfortably into AW
  23. Why we no have dis? It's COD, F2P and combines COD 4, MW2 and Black Ops and all the weapons, killstreaks and content all into one game. It's like my dream Call of Duty but online available in China. If this was available worldwide; Advanced Warfare can fook rite orf.
  24. 0-0 written all over it!
