  1. I think the time to get one will be around Xmas as there is plenty of good games on the horizon. The first year has been pretty abysmal for this generation of consoles in terms of games but we have the new Call of Duty, Assassins Creed Unity, Dragon Age Inquisition, Half Life 3 and many other titles to look forward to. If you're 100% looking to get back into gaming; the PS4 now is a good start if you have the money going spare but if you aren't overly interested on what's on offer the now and the next few months; it may be sensible to wait after Christmas when there will probably be a price drop.
  2. I can see why Carlsberg use the word 'probably' now
  3. That England game was bloody boring in the end. Dominated most of the match but couldn't create many clear cut chances. Even playing against 10 men; it was so pedestrian and dull. Could have won by 3 or 4 but just a solitary free kick won it.
  4. I didn't realise Sainsburys were selling police officers now I've seen different boxes for the Day Zero edition but I imagine all copies are the same and anyone who gets theirs on the monday and connects to the server will just get the double XP without having to enter in any codes or other crap.
  5. Drinks brand Red Bull have been forced to pay out $13m to customers after they were sued by customer Benjamin Careathers for false advertising as the drinks 'did not give him wings' after a decade of drinking the product. The company will offer refunds of $10 for anyone who has purchased the drink in the US within the last 10 years and have promised to 'amend their advertising in future' http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/worldnews/northamerica/usa/11155731/13m-lawsuit-proves-Red-Bull-doesnt-give-you-wings.html I've seriously seen it all now!
  6. Oxford lost 5-1 to Cambridge Fuck it, we won the boat race Bragging rights is still ours as toffee-nose post twats in lycra on a river in the rain is so much more important than football.
  7. Thanks Tommy! Dunno whether to get this on PS4 or PC. Really looking forward to this game though!
  8. I've taken a punt on this http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Alien-Isolation-Nostromo-Edition-PS4-BRAND-NEW-AND-SEALED-IN-STOCK-NOW-/201183198834?pt=UK_PC_Video_Games_Video_Games_JS&hash=item2ed773fe72 £35.75 and free postage; BARGAIN ALERT! Bollocks to all the bad reviews.
  9. Anyone pick this up in the end despite the vastly differing reviews? It looks really good and captures a fantastic atmosphere and setting but the gameplay apparently gets a bit tiresome and tedious after a few hours which is a bit of a choker.
  10. Have a shave Roy you twat
  11. Grand Theft Watch Dogs
  12. Yep! San Marino were badass back in those days It's taken England over 20mins to get a breakthrough tonight
  13. So England may have to vacate Wembley in 2018; their own fucking stadium that cost nearly a billion to build to make way for some shitty NFL Franchise!? Also murmurings that the '39th game' may be reconsidered. Sick and tired of the FA and Premiership's shit regarding money and branding. Go San Marino
  14. http://www.charlieintel.com/2014/10/07/upgrade-advanced-warfare-from-last-gen-digital-to-next-gen-digital-for-free/ Stats are also transferred to the new system so you can continue where you left off on the old console. I imagine you can upgrade physical copies too like last year but that's probably retailer dependent and you might have to pay an upgrade fee. I think it was £10 for FIFA 14, BF4 and Ghosts to switch up versions.
  15. Thanks for all you work Dave!
