Played a couple of games and it's really good. New camera is well optimised with the gameplay, visuals are excellent and it's really smooth. Refs are still shit and the atmosphere is pretty flat as always though.

I'm worried for Doom Eternal as well. I was so confident with this game but after seeing snippets from the event, it seems like they are putting a lot of emphasis on glory kills rather than just plain old free flowing shooting. The kills look good but I don't want to have to pull of one every 5 seconds. It should be for the last remaining enemy you clear out or a big boss only. Seeing enemies flash blue all the time also looks annoying. If they miss the mark with such a basic formula then that'll be almost every franchise on their books in tatters and probably ES6 too.

I would never ever trust an AAA multiplayer game these days. If you find yourself on the receiving end of FIFA's BS (scripting) EA want to entice you to buy Ultimate Team packs under the illusion that new/better players may prevent this crap from happening in-game. Bullshit happens for a reason and to encourage you to get your wallet out to seemingly counter it. There is probably a lot of shady shit going on and it's all to make more money.

Apparently you can't even pause the game in single player with the AI. You can't save manually and some checkpoints are 15-20 minutes apart. That's dumb.

Zidane's attitude with him in the press has been pretty sour of late so it does sound like there's a lot of bad blood behind the scenes. Real Madrid fans are fucking retards - they are the only side to win the Champions League and the next day they want the manager and certain players gone. They hold grudges against players in such a way, they boo them even when they score or touch the ball; sometimes for months on end. Bale was booed week after week, scored the winning goal in the CL final and then was still loathed by them.

Real Madrid 3-7 Athletico Madrid. I don't think Zidane is gonna last too long this time around. It was only a friendly but there has been so many issues so far that it could carry into the new season.

I'm not entirely sure how it's done but I don't think you have to spend real money to enter the casino and in-game money can still be spent on some things whereas real money is required for others. The content is currently banned in over 50 countries so I don't know why they just didn't implement a non-gambling casino like San Andreas with the missions attached and sell it as optional DLC for around the £9.99 mark. That would be far more ethically acceptable for a product that's already milked billions and wouldn't see it banned in a host of counties for gambling violations.
