    Lee has done a superb job this past 12 months. Spreading the load helps individuals take a step back when they need to focus on life stuff. The other guys can then handle the site stuff. We've picked up a few amazing members recently and I'd like to contribute to build on that and make this an even better place to find like minded people to play games with, whilst still maintaining that feeling that everyone on the forum is a friend. And of course diddums had an infectious energy that will keep us all smiling, and I'm really glad to see him keeping involved, even if only to issue himself a ban for the umpteenth time.

    Alex still has his nacon controller. No real drama yet, but I gather they are pretty unreliable. I've been looking at modding an original DS4 with extra buttons.

    Alex got a PSVR. It's blown me away how immersive it is. Loving Astro bot and bought the VR upgrade to dirt rally. Doom VFR is a bit pants. Wishlist includes beat Saber, surgeon simulator and red hot.

    Looking good for next year. I'm most excited about dipping into VR. Ace combat looks amazing, and I can't wait to try Dirt rally in VR. Beat saber, surgeon simulator, the list goes on. I've grown a bit tired recently of game studios spending longer working out how to extract money from gamers than building the actual game. Some solid titles there to prove that the PS4 ain't dead yet.

    In terms of actual gameplay, it may as well be a dlc of black ops 3 with jetpacks turned off. That series is just sleepwalking its way to black ops 5, which will be equally as unimaginative. Step outside the AAA world and play games like Insurgency and you realise the future of gaming isn't from the giant studios hell bent on loot boxes and dlc, but from smaller studios that are still passionate about the game. Even Fortnite has managed to evolve.

    I'm looking for a coach to try and turn our shower, into a slick killing machine. Anyone interested (in being coached)? It might mean making a certain evening a regular thing, as I don't want people wasting their time to help us out. Also, we'll start recording our gameplay and uploading it for video analysis and comments. Who's in!??!?!

    ooh, if you have a vita, don't forget to pick up "papers please" it's a great little game about eastern bloc border checks. I love it.
