    Weighed this morning and now down 32lbs since I started back again. So that's about 135lbs total lost now. Also been starting to do some of the more simple yoga/stretching like we were talking about last month on here. Thinking about buying a mountain bike soon as well and using that as a means of exercise as well.

    Azaleas bonsai is pretty much in full bloom now.

    I actually just recently watched Conan the Destroyer. It was (AMC I think) or some channel one night about a month ago and I watched it. They had a remake? I must have missed that one, or I just don't remember perhaps.

    Yeah no shit ain't that the truth. I most likely won't even bother with the new Batman at all. I just never have been able to stand watching Affleck what so ever.

    First I have heard of this. As a kid growing up in the late 70's and 80's I was into things like Dungeons & Dragons and anything medieval back then so needless to say I was a huge fan of the Conan movies, so I dunno how I am going to feel about this one. I will for sure have to see it though.

    Bullet to the Head (Stallone)- Been wanting to see it for a while but finally just watched it last night. I'm a Stallone fan so obviously I liked it, but I think even non Stallone fans would enjoy it. Good action, pretty decent story, and Stallone had quite a few funny one liners that he delivered well on. Enjoyable movie.

    That cat is awesome. I never will understand how people's dogs can just get away from them like that. I was a dog owner (Doberman) for 10 years and I ALWAYS made sure he was on a leash even when I took him just from the side door to the backyard. If you are going to own an animal then you need to be a responsible owner.

    They are making a come back in most places now. They started showing up more and more about 15 - 20 yrs ago and now are a much more common sight out in the wild.

    Azalea bonsai is really starting to look very pretty now that the warmer weather is here and the blooms are starting. Should be in full bloom sometime this week I bet.

    Watched "Oblivion" last night. Although I'm not big on CGI I will say the cinematography/effects were pretty good, but that's about it. The story line seemed pretty week/thin and main characters were VERY forgetful which made for somewhat of a long boring movie.

    Still have to pick up a few more flat slate pieces to finish covering the edge of the pond with but got it all dug and running today.

    Worked up a sweat in the 82f heat today but just about done now. All that is left is the pond and some smaller plantings and I'll be done then. . . . .

    Thanks leper. Busy day today, got a lot more done. Built a lattice style fence that comes out 16' into the yard to separate the sitting area from the grass area. Built a double hanging basket arm/pole, put in another 50 brick pavers, more mulch chips, more flowers, added some strawberry pots. The open area between the red mulch chips is the area where I will be putting a small water feature pond and building a small waterfall into it soon as the pump and liner get here this weekend. Still more to do but it's getting there slow but sure.

    I understand that, but IMO a racist comment is a racist comment no matter if it comes from the owner of a basketball team or a rapper. And honestly I think it is actually worse coming from a rapper like Snoop Dogg. Reason being- the majority of people know who Snoop Dogg is, but before this media coverage how many people even knew who Donald Sterling was?

    Spent another 10 hours or so on the bonsai garden/outdoor area today. Still have some more to do such as laying some more paver stones, adding some more gravel and red mulch, more weeding to do around the flowers which are just starting to come up around the canopy area now. And a few other things but it's starting to take shape now pretty well. It will look really good once the grass seeding I did starts filling in and the lilies and hosta around the canopy base are fully up. Hard to believe it was pretty much all 1-3ft weeds and a cyclone fence just a few weeks ago.

    Oh my God dude that was terrible!!! I love how they both had guns yet he pulls a knife and she goes all Bruce Lee, then they pull their guns WTF!

    I always thought this movie was just "okay" at best, but the music during the ending scene here with Ryan Reynolds made this one of the best scenes out there for an ending.

    I had ZERO intention of coming home with a new fish today when I stopped in to buy some dechlorinator. I walked by one of the peacock/hap tanks and saw this lone male Dimidiochromis compressiceps (Malawi eyebiter) in it at about 6-7" long and showing some outstanding blue already. Since the LFS I visit does store reward points for every purchase I had already built up over $25 worth of credit in the past year so I used it to pay the majority of the price on this guy.

    Know what really pisses me off. All you hear about are white people being raciest, the owner of the LA clippers being raciest and using racial slurs. Yet did anyone see Snoop Dogg's little video tirade he made against the owner of the clippers? Snoop dogg said the guy was a (and I quote) "A White breed redneck mother fucker". Okay....White breed redneck? Where the fuck is the outrage over that comment Snoop dogg made? If a white person had said someone was a Black breed thug mother fucker then the white person would be ran out of the music business and shamed into oblivion. Personally I'm sick to death of the hypocrytical double standard in society today where people think the only people that can be racist are white. Makes me sick to my stomach to even be associated with today's society. People/media need to get their heads out of their asses and realize racism comes in many colors and stop allowing one certain race to use racial slurs as common practice, while chastising another race for doing the same thing.

    Got back last night from a couple days steelhead fishing to my cabin on the Au Sable. Rain and high water on the Au Sable made wade fishing pretty difficult Thursday & Friday but still managed to find a few to get into and went 1 for 3 on Steelhead. Lost a big chrome fish yesterday morning that I wish I had another shot at. Also had the watchful eye of a large Eagle on us both days. Also caught so many 4-5lb white suckers that my arm literally is sore from them. Must have landed well over 100 of them darn things over the two days on the water.
