  1. I remember Diddums awesome "Let's play" vid for Payday 2 It's a pretty decent game[emoji106] Sent from my SM-N9005 using Tapatalk
  2. While it's all peaceful like I just keep getting drawn to the village to chat with Cedric and the other villagers. I've only been digging underground so far other than that. Sent from my SM-N9005 using Tapatalk
  3. Nice one, what did they ban you for anyway?
  4. I like it so far but it's one of those where I hope it is actually going somewhere because I have to keep stopping and explaining to Mina what's going on and I may not even be on the right track myself. What I'm getting so far is that the gods are only around and powerful according to the amount of people who believe in them. That's nothing new in itself. So the old gods are having a hard time of it. I imagine the new gods are a metaphor for modern society and its worship of things material etc etc Beyond that....it's funny in parts, violent in others and unpredictable, which is all good for me.
  5. LOL Dave come and play, things have changed a lot since you were last on in 2015 All the rest is true though. I am that Ghillie. Sent from my SM-N9005 using Tapatalk

  9. It's a combination of the tool you are using and your level I think. Certain materials can only be accessed with the right type and level of tool. You probably already know that but it's lunchtime, I'm in the pub, and that's my tuppence [emoji123] Sent from my SM-N9005 using Tapatalk
  10. Hope you're feeling better Rich. The way the weather keeps changing it's not surprising our bodies are confused. So long as it's not a hangover [emoji23] Sent from my SM-N9005 using Tapatalk
  11. My old 770 on ultra settings gets 100+ frames. DayZ used to be really CPU intensive but it's optimisation is pretty on the nail right now. I'm looking forward to you getting a PC if DayZ is in your plans...[emoji106] Sent from my SM-N9005 using Tapatalk
  12. Crispy is the way point guru Sent from my SM-N9005 using Tapatalk
  13. Good going dave[emoji1] Sent from my SM-N9005 using Tapatalk
  14. Fuck me this series is weird. Still can't get over Calvin from Holyoakes (my missus watches that shit ok) with an American accent. Ian McShane is a joy to watch as always. Sent from my SM-N9005 using Tapatalk
  15. But not to Millwall. Millwall are shite. Send him to see Spurs at Wembley next season, now that's an epic reward[emoji23] Sent from my SM-N9005 using Tapatalk
  16. He was trying to say All Coppers Are Bastards but is apparently dyslexic. ACAB Sorry[emoji12] Sent from my SM-N9005 using Tapatalk
  17. I love the TT and they should keep it as is. The danger is part and parcel and it keeps that motorcyclists community very tight knit. Sent from my SM-N9005 using Tapatalk
  18. Fucking hell, that's one flippin massive update, nice one[emoji5] Sent from my SM-N9005 using Tapatalk
  19. So, DayZ. The game that made me buy a PC. I played the mod back in the summer of 2012. It was a mod of Arma 2 and it was free and it was awesome. The first time I spawned on the beach of Chernarus is my favourite and most memorable ever experience in a video game. It’s one of those experiences I have been looking for ever since. The mod was so good, and it spawned a number of offshoots, some on different maps, such as Navalsk, the snowy mountainous region and Taviana a map that was utilised into the DayZ Origins mod. I loved all the mods, though initially I only had a laptop which would overheat in less than 2 hours. The mod had a lot of glitches, it was famous for it, and though it was being worked on all the time, we all demanded a standalone version. And we got a standalone, early access. The standalone has since taken on a life of itself, it’s been slow progress. But I think it has finally turned a corner. I logged in last night to try out the latest patch. New patch = character wipe = spawning for the first time with a new character I logged in, spawned my new guy in at dusk in a mist covered field and - unusually for me - was unable to get my bearings straight off. I wandered to the edge of the field and found myself by a graveyard next to a church I have never seen before. I started to get that old DayZ feeling back. Atmospheric and strange noises all around me, a few zeds wandering around in the distance, twigs snapping and shit like that. I felt like I was really there. The graphics are awesome, as are the sound effects. I love how the trees and grass sway with the wind. It was really really spooky. I think I’ve fallen back in love with the game. And more is to come this year
  20. Today fear will once again trump decency. Front pages are even more mental than yesterday. Quite shameful. Morning all[emoji111] Sent from my SM-N9005 using Tapatalk
  21. So patch 0.62 is now released, the final one I think before the game moves into Beta. Progress has been slow to say the least.
  22. That'll be it then. In the top right corner of the launch options tab, select "Advance settings" and you'll get the option
  23. Millwall are a professional football team from South London, this chap is a fan and their fans are fairly notorious in the old days (80s mostly) for liking a fight with other football fans.
  24. I had the same first time I did it. I reinstalled but in a different drive. Also, I think I may have not pasted the JVM arguments text properly.
