Decided to start dieting about 7 weeks ago now, was going to wait until gyms opened but thought hey, may aswell use this time wisely...
Lost around 11lbs so far 😄 Everyone saying they're finding it hard because so much spare time, boredom eating etc but I'm finding it easier; no social events, no restaurants, less takeaways etc...
Just making sure I hit 6-8k steps a day and doing a full body workout with bands every other day.
