  1. The matchmaking in this is so blatantly rigged that it's just ridiculous. One match you're up against G Fueled bunny hopping sweats who play like they're in some sort of tournament. Next match it's like you're up against players who've never played a video game before. There's nothing satisfying about doing well when you don't know if you actually played well or if the game put you up against a load of Timmy-No-Thumbs.

Challenges like these have been pretty much hit and miss in the past because they are bugged or the developers haven't coded them to unlock outside of the custom class setup. Theoretically it should unlock by using default classes but unfortunately its down to whether the devs have ballsed it up or not. At least it can be tried for one game and if it doesn't work then you know its screwed rather than persistently trying with a dud class to no avail.

I'm a total noob with this cod and out the loop, but say one of the daily challenges is something like flashbang 3 enemies. If you don't have flashbangs unlocked, could you not use one of the default classes that has it to unlock it? Maybe I'm missing something here. I've barely played the game yet so I don't know lol.

Exactly. The default all count for the challenges. Zombies also count. So that’s more daily challenge. Additionally if you extract with something equipped in zombies it unlocks as well. That how I got my letals as well as some guns in no time at all. So there are ways around it.

I'm sure you should be able to yes great call. Normally once I unlock create a class I forget those exist. Also just realized my wins weren't counting because I hadn't done 3 daily challenges🙄👍

Your right you haven't been paying attention. You have to do the daily challenges for every item, attachment, perk gear , and now I can't do my daily challenges because one of the items is locked behind needing to do daily challenges....it's fucking dumb. As for wins counting ...not for me it seems so not sure what's broken there.🤷

  9. I have not been paying attention to the unlock but I don't see his issue being an issue. Go and unlock everything up to level 55, the very next day do your 3 daily challenges, isn't that going to unlock everything that you needed that challenge for and unlike his rant you won't have to wait until Christmas but you will need to wait a single day?

Well it didn't take long for some to find a glaring issue with the progression system and tbh he's right. Having played yesterday I already prefer this over mw2 simply due to the maps. Also sbmm 🤣🤣 they really need to tone that shit down. However

  12. Go and customize. I believed you can competely change the colors if you wanted to Go to the progression option. In next to social and customization. If you look at that it tells you the progression for up to level 55, the guns, the operators, the missions and a bunch of other things. I played it. It was OK but nothing great. I used the new guns and the old guns. The TTK for me was better this time as compared to Beta. I am using snipers and the M4. Snipers are a one hit Kill. I probably would enjoy it more if I had teams that play the objective and weren't so stupid. Why play domination if you can't be bothered to get onto the flag when you spawn right next to it Zombies are a disappointment so far. They aren't as intense or fun as regular zombies. The maps is much to large and you can simply run away or drive over them with a car. Unlike DMZ other players will not be able to attack you so it isn't as intense. I think I made it to level 16. I don't see myself playing this as much as did MWII

    State of Destiny 2

Occasionally they got PvP right and then they fucked it up by moving away from it. There was a couple of seasons of iron banner where the gear was locked behind gain coins from playing and bounties, and it made it a bit of a challenge to grind out for the 'best' efffectively curated gear. They then moved to engrams so you could drown in loads of shit roles! Also Trials had a heyday for the more casual PvP player - when it was based in the Reef, and again bounty completion could get you gear, it was worth taking the losses to an extent. In fact now its back down in the Hanger it still has some of that but I think the RNG of engrams is always a bit of a joy killer. I always sort of thought PvP always sort of lacked a purpose in the lore - it was a training ground apparently, except no matter how crap you were you could drop good gear via RNG and could do any of the PvE stuff. As a training ground it had zero purpose. We all grind the fuck out of CoD for zero purpose, but somehow grinding PvP for zero purpose never appealed too much to me. Best times in normal PvP were probably the exotic bounties that forced you to do PvP in D1 - gave it a purpose (an hunter who got thorn at last will remember the feeling of relief after completing the void kills at a time when the only void option for hunters was a Heavy or one raid weapon! D1 and D2 were fantastic at times but as has been said before the cookie cutter Seasonal content just became meh ! Too grindy even for me, and thats what eventually made me drop away, and honestly cant even face thinking about going back! But when it was good it was great - the FG Raid teams in particular. So many great memories, and laughs. The hours of banging heads against brick walls for that one final run when everyone at last got it right. One of the great things was they way you didnt actually have to be great at the game to finish the raids, learning a role and having a supportive team meant you'd get the completion eventually, not everyone had to be a superstar, was incredibly accessible. Good times gang!

  14. PvP worked in Destiny at the start very well as it was never really badged the uber competitive MP PvP game, more so an addition to the game that was phenomenally well backed by loads of players. Problem is over time gamers expectations change, especially when it lands as well as it did, people expect more and more and had to be better stuff. I just don't think Bungie ever said PvP was going to be the thing to do in Destiny, player power made them look at it in a different light, wanting more stuff and then a way to get competitive in it. If PvP wasn't taken as seriously, just like in D1, then I think its not in that bad of a state. Its ludicrous for a reason and its why I think we all loved it so much. At least now after 10 years you have a mode where its now pretty much about the guns and not supers, which is what everyone wanted...but no one is probably giving it a go because its a little too late for some.
