FIFA World Cup 2022
Riff Machine and 2 others reacted to techno for a topic
Like @Tar-Eruntalion above and as most of you know I gave up on football a long time ago but have plenty of friends that do watch and by the sounds of it they were all majorly disappointed etc but if people are being honest isn't that exactly how the England team always are? They get built up people have some kind of faith in them then they show that they are nothing more than mid tier at best? Surely Southgate can't survive after this world cup?3 points -

ok i watched almost the first half as i was having dinner and although i am not a football fan and don't watch it at all i have to say that i was very underwhelmed by england, i expected much more and from what i saw they were evenly matched with the americans who aren't on the same calibre supposedly, hell sometimes the americans even had some great chances for a goal anyway that's my two cents from someone who hasn't watched football in a decade maybe, so please don't bring out the pitchforks😁3 points -
ETS2 / ATS Mods

Anyone tried out mods or are you running vanilla? If you have, feel free to post them below. Since coming back I'm running vanilla, but I'll be looking at traffic mods soon. Useful links: https://truckersmp.com/ - makes the game online, thousands play this. https://forum.scssoft.com/viewforum.php?f=24&sid=e5d61f00b3528ad4154655f848073e69 - main place you might look for mods. https://forum.scssoft.com/viewforum.php?f=109 - you may find more user created realistic plugins for your wheels, such as realistic FFB. https://www.promods.net/ - most well known map pack for ETS2. https://www.roextended.ro/forum/index.php - another well known map mod. https://trucksbook.eu/index - already known here but creates a virtual trucking company (doesn't affect your in-game company). **I would recommend having a separate profile that contains map mods, as game updates break mods until they get updated**2 points -
FIFA World Cup 2022

Absolutely dismal performance from England tonight - lethargic, predictable, created little and a real lack of effort. Shades of Algeria in 2010. Having to resort to bringing on Henderson is just embarrassing really and the likes of Foden are wasted on the bench. The lack of a press and always going backwards just stifled any progression and allowed the US to comfortably maintain their shape. Wales will be going for the nuclear option and we will be under even more pressure when we could’ve easily secured group winners tonight. Never make it easy for ourselves but tonight was especially alarming.2 points -
New Assault Rifle Being Sold On Ebay
Riff Machine reacted to IRaMPaGe for a topic
That's right folks, people are selling that new Assault Rifle on Ebay for around £5. So they will drop it for you at a price. That's what happens when they do stupid challenges for new guns. People will try profit from it, wouldn't happen if we had a more traditional unlock system. 🙄 Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 players are buying a weapon on eBay as it's easier than unlocking it in-game WWW.EUROGAMER.NET Modern Warfare 2 players are paying real money on eBay to unlock a hard-to-gain weapon...1 point -
Well this sucks. My wheel doesn't seem to be centered. It isn't off by far but still bugs me a little. Dismantled the steering wheel and annoyingly, the sensor on the motor has a crack down it. Need to try source a replacement so I can fix it. Good news is that I didn't break the wheel and it still works after being put back together. 😅1 point

So just clocked this on YouTube. I know it’s a great game but a bit disappointed they haven’t tried to create a new story arc.1 point -

Argentina have definitely brought them game in a lot, you don’t beat New Zealand, England, Australia, and Scotland twice without having elevated your game. Japan game masked a lot about Englands lack of speed and creativity in the back line against top level defences (think the Smith and Farrell combo still isn’t working, smith doesn’t seem confident enough to operate for England at 10 without a lot off space which we had in the last 10mins against New Zealand, and although Farrell is kicking and leading well, he offers no run threat at 12 and slows the game around him down to the detriment of Manu), plus Eddie is still only picking more experienced players May and Nowell who are getting slower and hasn’t brought through any younger wingers outside of Freddie Steward. It’s a bit better news with our forwards although they have been giving more technical penalties away recently and the jackling and turnover ball we were so good at in the last World Cup seems to have regressed. The starting front row have been very good and lock position we have sorted as well as some good replacements. Just need sort the 6,7,8 positions, which I think on that score our best bet would be Lawes at 6, Curry at 7 and either Dombrant or Simmonds at 8.1 point -
New Assault Rifle Being Sold On Ebay

Wouldn't happen if people valued effort and skill and patience. if you want the gun go and earn it. it's totally free and well documented how to get it. otherwise develop some socials and get some real friends who will drop it for free. There are 6 other blue prints in the game in addition to the M13. People don't talk about those because they are already unlocked. They are in the other strongholds. But you need to unlock those too if you want them1 point -

Not gonna speak about all the political bullshit, yes it's wrong, yes it's bad etc but we've known about this for years now, not much we can do now but just enjoy it for what it is. Footballing side, I've enjoyed it so far, England looking good, Bellingham especially, watched him every game over the past 2 years and he's an absolute baller, future ballon d'Or winner easily. Spain look alot like the Spain of old, still think if they play a team with superior physicality, they will find it hard. France looked good along with Portugal, didn't play amazing but still got a few goals However Brazil were magic, that 2nd half was incredible, still my picks for the tournament, Casemiro bossing that midfield, Neymar and Vinicious providing the flair and Richarlison doing a Pickford, shit for club but a geezer for country. Alot of smaller teams looking up for it, seen some great moments so far and it's only first round of matches, long may it continue.1 point -

I'd say the England game vs Japan whilst we were away together looked on the face of it reasonably easy. Difficult to use it as motivation for New Zealand and South Africa but I think right now its the time for the upsets given Argentina also beat Australia. Time to re-evaluate Argentina as one of the stronger forces perhaps for the next World Cup? What do you think, Elliott @Middle Class Caveman ? You seemed to enjoy watching the Rugby over the weekend!1 point
