Not sure if this is a remake or a new game but hopefully it’ll be better than the last. The original on the N64 was magnificent for its time and it was great to revisit it again on the 360 arcade

The original on the N64 was very underrated. It had multiplayer with bots. I had to get an expansion pack to play it. Goldeneye on steroids.

Soundtrack was awesome too even compressed plus it was probably one of only a few games on the N64 that had voice acting due to the cartridge capacity. The lighting effects were amazing too even to this day.

I think this looks really cool! I have no history with Perfect Dark but I’m definitely interested in this one! It definitely has the potential to be one those games that looks a lot better than it actually plays, but I’m hopeful it’ll be a good time!

The last one on Xbox 360 that came out with the console at launch looked amazing at the time but the gameplay and shooting was really poor. It does have that similar feeling, looks visually decent but that gunplay didn't fill me with any confidence it will be any better than the one years ago. Lets see what the reviews say when they come out. I feel like it will drop in the sale very quickly, but I hope I'm wrong for the developers sake.

Perfect Dark on the 360 was a monumental disappointment. I think they should've remade the original but I'm still interested to see what a new game will bring.

Perfect Dark has been cancelled and the studio closed down. Feel very sorry for multi-billionaires Microsoft as this is clearly a very difficult time for them financially🙄

Microsoft laid off 9,000 employees today, and cancellations and closures are following.

It's amazing how these companies who continue to make massive profits manage to persuade people that this behaviour is normal.

Xbox's Executive Producer of Publishing has suggested that the 9,000 employees affected by layoffs should seek solace in using AI to recover their plight. I've been studying LinkdIn cringe a lot lately and this surprisingly is one of the most normal posts on there but at the same time, it's laughably offensive at what is a very difficult time for a lot of talented people who have been persistently let down by the higher-ups before given the chop.

this one was the only upcoming game that looked promising enough and seemed the gameplay followed the deus ex/dishonored formula but sadly we can't have nice things, it's a pity

Microsoft eh, raking in the profits and lying through their teeth. Closing the ESO studio, which had made them £2 billion is quite tge statement 👏

Krafton as well this week sacked their entire leadership team from Subnautica 2 because the development into early access was 'going too slow' despite the team having two previous and highly successful projects on their books executed the same way and self-published. Just like Kerbal Space Program 2, the game will probably fail miserably and everyone will walk away.

These scumbag publishers just ain't got a clue.
