The Easiest way is to buy the PC version, and link your account for cross play. Except I bet you were all eager little beavers and skipped the one-time registration option? Go to the fortnite web page and log in with the Playstation option. this should then associate your PSN ID with a valid email and account (whereas before it was associated with a ghost account).
