It's true they are quality, even the A40 version. Mind you that's from word of mouth rather than personal experience... I'm working on getting them from my missus for my next birthday ;)

Best headset I've owned. My only issue is when the kid is on the iPad it interfere with my chat.

They may be good and if we got them at American prices then maybe but at UK prices I would wear an ear bud before shelling out that kind of money on a headset, I'll stick with the golds I can hear you guys and the game.

Whilst these look super ass slick and I'm sure amazing the cost/benefit ratio from Sony Golds to Astros - not worthwhile. From no headset to Astros - then absolutely!

I must be honest here, they're great cans and I absolutely love them, but they're not £250 great. If I were to put a price on them, I'd say £150 at an absolute max.

That said mine were a gift from Kyla so can't# go wrong really.

Yeh but to us it's still £250 which is what about $400?

you could buy them direct from audiogeeks... $250 instead of $299 which works out to around 160 pounds...:)

After finally updating firmware, got them going... They sound awesome... Very nice and comfortable... Still have a bit of tweaking to do, but overall, very nice headset!
