Gorgeously gross. I think as much as the review is hoping for more enemy types, sometimes a simplistic all out cluster warfest game with basic actions that are satisfying is all you need.

 

Another one to add onto the wishlist.

I always feel like the cinematics are way better than the actual games for Warhammer. They always feel a bit clunky. However, I do feel like they pay off the hardcore lore nerds well so that's a plus.

Yeah I'd say 90% of Warhammer video games are shite, although the original Space Marine is excellent imo. And Deathwing could have been a fantastic game with a little more polish.

 

Latest ones have been much better, eg Vermintide and Darktide, plus Rogue Trader is supposed to be decent too from what I hear.

Some decent reviews so far although the campaign and other PvE content seems a bit light and the MP may not have considerable staying power. I may put it on the backburner for the time being and grab it in the sale.

Brilliant game. Two-year road map announced, and the game runs outstanding, is beautiful and an absolute blast.

Its a bloody fantastic game Phil. Just to look at the scenary as you go through the levels, its great to take it in. @LordBaguette and myself have played through 3-4 levels. It feels quite intense and they are about 1-1.5 hours long level wise, so we've took our time to take it all in. I'd love to play through some of the levels together for sure.

 

Just took a look at the roadmap and its good we're getting a few more missions to keep coming back to it:

 

 

 

I'd argue don't get the game for PvP. The way the marines move is really quite slow and not accustomed to PvP in my eyes. It'll be interesting to see what is in the Battle Barge Expansion, given its in the Free Updates section too.
