My first exp was good ^_^ My laptop did not like it though, was kicking a heck of a lot of heat out! I can't imagine playing it on the steamdeck though so it's going to have to suck it up.

 

I think most of my evening was spent just gathering everything and putting it into the storage boxes back at camp, I also set up a 3 square little farming bit out back with the dew collectors to grow some potatos and blueberries 🤣

 

I am really quite enjoying it, there is loads to do and you can easily all do your little bit towards a community.

 

Oh and we survived night 14 quite easily ^_^ I just need a better bow now so I might go hunting for books / magazines or whatever they are when I am on over the weekend ^_^

It's good to be back on 7 days, few games for me strike that nice balance between things to do and fear of dying.

 

Most of the changes are QOL ones and are genuine are for QOL so the game is nicer to look at and to play now.  The only thing I'm not sure on it the change to books but some of that is confusion on how they work as there seems to be quite an overlap between some books and skills.  Maybe I should spend the next quiet night on the server to read through the book levels and skills and figure this out rather than blindly reading everything 😄

I jumped on late last night for a bit. I hung around Crispy for all the free XP while he's happily slaughtering zombies 🤗

Not been on lately but really enjoyed my early stint on the FG server with everyone. Main job i loved was creating the book postboxes for everyone that has jumped on the server so far. Picture below that I took at the time. 

 

 

Not sure what day we're on now, I know the quests felt better this time round when completing them as a group. Where's the next base at when exploring further out and about? I know I have a few traders to go and unlock next time i'm on 😄
