  1. First Person mode and Third Person mode confirmed and you can flip between the two during the game. Sounds like a really interesting take. You do find the later games do really well with the newer generation of RE followers. They love First Person. Us oldies may enjoy the nostalgia of some third person in certain areas.
  2. Some really good thoughts from the Demo that was available for RE9.
  3. @slamminbones You really have been slamming it bones at the races. Don't know how you do it. Like you say, you must get a huge kick out of competing in one of these, so much so it drains you by the end. Have you been running in this heat btw? I think if I wanted to lose 4 stone, all I would've had to do was run every day this past week. Scorching over here.
  4. Looks great, definitely feels like a spin of Command & Conquer a little bit too. How do you create more soldiers for your side, or do you have a set amount and it can only go down?
  5. @TheMuggySpud will deffo play this I'm sure. I know Hector, Rob and Josh from the States still do too. I'd probably have to organise a night to be free as I don't think its just a pick up and play for an hour mode. Siege has never been that!
  6. Tell you what @phil bottle, I'll let you try it first and then you can tell me how frustrating but fun this could be 😅 I don't think its a bad call that the other survival games are adding a little more support in the UI, storage or even objective based elements. I know how brutal DayZ was for us and I can see me absolutely raging at this for bleeding to death by tripping on a stick no doubt. Having said that, they do have bikes, soooo......🤣
  7. This does look like they've gone down an interesting road. I think Siege unfortunately suffers from what many existing live service games have - ability to be a really good game...but only when you've learned all the characters and the maps, otherwise its a steep curve to get success. I'd like to give it a go though and its a good thing some of the options are free to play too!
  8. That as a tech demo is probably something we have all been waiting to see on a PS5 since it launched. I think most people will need to at least try this game out to see and feel how it plays. I've started to try and play Witcher 3 but I must admit that the controls do feel clunky so hopefully that will be updated to feel more inline with most other games that are currently out.
  9. Oh man, now THATS how they break this market. That or a similar styled Gameboy.
  10. This is taking an absolute battering out there. Visually looks great but baron of anything interesting to do and some really strange stuff happening. This was actually done out of bounds so not surprised it didn't work....however where there is water in game, its extremely shallow and it still looks so bad. Its like they got 70% of the way, lost money, and then thought of the quickest way to make money with just a few immoral people left in the building. Shows how much you can't just make games overnight though. In this day and age, you'll get found out quickly and royally taken to the cleaners by the world wide social media. Big whoopsie.
  11. Watched this the other night too. As you say, probably not as good as the first, but definitely up there and very easy to watch. Really enjoyed it, especially as i've never been a fan of Ben Affleck films but he really nails this character for me.
  12. Good to hear some hands on experience. Its definitely on my wish list because the quality of life improvements in the hardware is good enough for me, and who can't beat a new Mario Kart game to go with it. I haven't seen anything into the lending games policy yet. There hasn't been many reviews kicking around the internet which is surprising. A few places are giving them some criticism for the sheer amount of additions to buy to complete certain games. I don't think Nintendo will bat an eyelid though. Handheld market is just going to be there's regardless of what competitors do in the coming years.
  13. Mental mate. I suppose the new one can say it can't be any worse in the league! 😅 Ahh thanks Macca. I need to share this on my PPR lol. It means a lot to help a large community and especially see it happen in front of your eyes. ❤️🖤
  14. I think it was always going to get mixed reviews as an expansion style update will never hit as well as the first installment of the game. I bet most Elden Ring lovers will absolute love this new one. Not sure what things you'd change from a model that many loved - and by not changing much, critics will end up having a go at it. Not sure they can win on the review side.
  15. These games I feel I always want them but never at the price they go out at, as its very similar to FIFA. Not much has changed in the past few versions and whilst I love F1, I don't think this pulls me in like I would hope it would. £20? Yeah, why not. Although in 18 months it'll probably be worth a fiver.
