So we have our raid team, thanks to @Venom , @Ajay , @Kemp210 , @TurboR56Mini , @GazzaGarratt for confirming for Saturday 6pm. Suggest we get on a little before then to be sorted !!!   
 
In terms of prep, we know nothing about what we face, but other than that I think we all know what to expect, but I would suggest :
   build to stay alive - protective light, taking charge, orb generator mods on helmets
   upgrade modules
   stuff to infuse (start hanging on to high level blues)
   turn up ready to kill adds, just a guess!
   Patience & Time (D1 joke right there!), but seriously very important
   Alcohol & Snacks 
 
Might be worth getting through the exotic quests before the day, as i recall DSC was impossible before Lament was common. Otherwise see you around 5.30 Saturday, although I'll be on all day anyway !!

That first comment is so true, it’s the fact that if IRL is busy you feel like you’re so far behind and with the raid launch a week away it’s a tad frustrating. Just feels like if you don’t get legendary done, you’ll struggle to be Raid ready, which may or may not be true , but that’s how it feels.
Having said that part of it is me, I’ve never enjoyed destiny campaigns, much prefer the end game. Will be glad to have it in the rear view mirror. 

OK let’s get 32 squads of 53 men and associated coaches to rig the games and not tell anyone... that’s pretty unlikely..maybe a single bad coach calling stupid plays now and again but the whole league rigged? That’s a fantasy

Actually wonder if there’s any interest in pushing to get people the raid seals if they are missing. Would need some good people to help out but things like the GoS seal are possible?

Yeah was an interesting match, not stunning but I think the best team won. Certainly that foul on Ramsey should never have led to a Bengals win! 
 
Overall it’s been an amazing post season, super bowl itself was a bit of a defensive grind out, but now got to wait til bloody September again !! 
 
Although it might take that long to get used to being the Washington Commies. That’s going to back fire of Russia invades Ukraine

Yeah I agree I guess the iffy holding call on the winning drive cancelled out that face mask on Ramsey. 
Rams have to be thankful for the d-line once they started 5 upfront that seemed to shut the Bengals down. Odd that they must have known the team had given up the most sacks.

Assuming no major trades, the AFC playoffs could be amazing for a good few years, with Mahones v Allen v Burrow playing out in that conference!

Absolutely right. I missed out on the Sunday raiding last time (after contest mode was switched off) but Charlie was in a FG team that got to the boss. Day 1 will be tough for sure but if you don’t fancy that let’s have people ready to go Sunday and Monday evening. Week 1 completions would be awesome and are definitely do-able for FGers

Tbf, Day One whilst anyone trying a raid goes in to try and complete, based on previous contest modes we aren't goign to get majorly far so i'm not concerned about busting a gut for hours on end. However, I wouldn't say its the sweats, I genuinely believe most of us can do a Week One completion as after that Day 1 contest mode is switched off, we should feel the change up in getting through the raid. Make sure you're available both weekends buddy. We need to change the mentality that we have to wait ages to raid and be ridiculously overlevelled to complete it. 👊
