    its not a floyd no. i stuck an extra trem spring in . its now still tilted towards the pick ups/raised a bit. i dont think it makes much difference, other than if i want to use the whammy , but i dont have a bar for it that fits so i wont be using it anytime soon i might just add the fith spring and block the bridge completely/play as a hardtail for now. alternatively, i may consider taking it to a guitar shop and seeing if its worth getting a decent floyd installed. but id rather get a new amp! any amp recommendations ? (£100/$220 ?) i was looking years ago at the vox valvetronix (?) but there probably loads more to chose from by now

    as cyberninja has said Matt, leave $0.02 as a tip. if you dont tip, they just think your an arse. if you leave a horrid tip, it leaves a statement that their service was piss poor

    cool. i misread your post. I have worked in the service industry. i could not care if people tipped and i did not expect it, as the majority of the customers were middle class holiday makers from london who, lets just say, have certain "unpleasant" aspects to their attitudes towards staff. if they had posted the persons name then that is unacceptable. its their choice not to tip. but its ridiculous that they got fired

    why would you actively go out of your way to make someone lose their job when they are just having a laugh ? all they did was find what they thought to be a funny excuse for not tipping, and share it with people , without making it obvious who the customer was.

    thats fine in england, but the point is, in the usa they are paid ridiculously low wages and the customer makes up the rest....in effect, the food is cheap, but then its like an added tax that covers the waiters/waitresses wage. its accepted that you tip for pretty much everything in the states

    guitar thread ! will post pics and stuff...feel free to post your music, guitars, rigs, any videos of any kind also a quick question from me....i have just gone from 09's up to 10's and had to stick an extra spring on the bridge...how big a gap between the body and bridge is acceptable ? i might have to add a fith spring or adjust the claw screws..would i have to adjust anything else ? the gap at the moment is about a pick and a half thick ! (1mm pick)

    i am glad i do not believe in things which do not exist.the amount of hatred, destruction, death, and suffering that exists in the world BECAUSE of religion is dispicable. WBB are a bunch of fucking morons.its not even worth giving a platform to them. Whether you hate him or not, Russel is alot , ALOT cleverer than he seems. i suspect he was fooling around more as its a US show. If anything he just showed how much of a bunch of idiots they are. no need to attack them in anyway, quite simple to render them without a leg to stand on just by extending a hand to them so to speak

    i second the "start working out" advice even if you just get yourself a chin up bar, and do chin ups and press ups to start with, it will make you feel pretty fucking good about yourself.
