I’m thinking of changing the TV I use with the PS4. I sit reasonably close, similar to PC desk situation or just a little further away. I’d also like to be able to use it as a remote monitor for a Sony laptop. Is anybody able to give me a spec that I should look for please? Don’t want to spend too much and I’m not really interested in Black Friday offers

Hoping to get a waterproof jacket for bowls but, other than that, not really fussed as long as there’s some chocolate about! Christmas will be different this year as the youngest son and his girlfriend are moving in together in a couple of weeks time so he won’t be around on Christmas morning, but on the plus (and it’s a 6’5” plus) my middle son will be spending Christmas with us for the first time....really looking forward to that!

I'm talking about the Dynmap in a browser...keeps me heading straight!

Dynmap (I think) only shows your personal progress. If I fancy exploring, I warp to someone’s warp point then set off from there. The map opens out as you travel, so it’s good for checking you’re going in the right direction and also indicates villages and structures

I'd be OK for the mining world to disappear. With regards to Dynmap....I find it handy when I'm exploring, so keep it if we can
