  1. I always thought the roads were the sewers in medieval times but I’m sure we can accommodate you mate!
  2. World reset or new site on this current world? Hmmmm.... For Reset Fresh start, all options open, possibly even a new seed This time around we would know that players would probably be more active, probably even trim the white list We've learnt from what we've done and can do things differently going forward New players (Lee and possibly Dax) wouldn't feel constrained by what they see Against Reset Those of us who have built up a stash lose it The builds we have done will be gone for good I'd feel a little sad! I feel it should be a consensus of probably me, Greboth and Bart who decide (Marina is away for a while it seems but I think she would probably go with the majority). If I have to choose, with a heavy heart, I would probably go for the fresh start/new seed but only if it's a unanimous vote from all three of us
  3. Looked at a couple of videos from the link. I think I could go with that. Easier for others to dip into as well. Might be able to use last years Christmas present on it! Any particular map area you fancy building in? Anyone else up for it?
  4. Want to float the ideas?
  5. Okay, hands up...who's interested and have you any ideas to pitch in? I personally would favour something smaller than last time but I'm open to suggestions. I can't think of a theme at the moment. I don't mind doing most of the basic grunt work as long as a few other people commit to at least 2 - 3 hours a week
  6. @GazzaGarratt @Sennex what's the state of play with the server rental, with time left and possible renewal costs? Just thinking of going forwards
  7. Latest (and possibly final) Update: All apartments (2 occupied, 6 vacant) have been finished with windows, doors and ceilings. The vacant ones need furnishing. Ground floor library added Machine room added with Carpenter, Centrifuge and Squeezer. Chest in this room contains Bee materials Remaining floor units have entrances added and "estate agent" boards erected Farm has cows for breeding I don't think I have the enthusiasm to do anymore with this build....the empty ground floor units are an ideal size for people with limited time to play and who want to do a small part. I enjoyed the earlier stages more than the fitting out parts and I think my/our next build should be a little....smaller? Sorry @Greboth but I'll leave you to clear up your bed, benches and chests And, if you're wondering, yes I did cheat a little, on the railway link (well, it's infrastructure really) and in the last few weeks, when I just wanted to finish up, I used my energy convertor for bits like alchemical chests and the glass for the roofs and windows What's next? Edit: If you do any more work on the build, please can you post up here so I can go and have a look. Don't forget the warp name is "communal"
  8. Happi Burfday Lee!
  9. Just watched the highlights of the Chelsea vs Naarwich cup game and, it pains me to say this, I actually felt sorry for the scummers. Chelsea would be better of in an Olympic 10m diving competition than in a football match. Cheating bar stewards
  10. Both of the above for me
  11. Didn't know that about sheep...opportunity for fun here! I've managed to catch two light grey, the black I wanted and also a brown one so that helps as well Thanks for the bees offer but I went walkabout today and snagged a few more so I need to build a few more hives next
  12. He’s been cut.... http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-asia-42644321 YouTube has cut business ties with Logan Paul, the hugely popular vlogger who posted a video showing the body of an apparent suicide victim in Japan. Paul's channels were removed from YouTube's Google Preferred programme, where brands sell ads on the top 5% of the platform's content creators. YouTube also said it had put on hold original projects with the US vlogger. Paul posted the video with a man's body on 31 December, triggering widespread criticism. [see link for rest of article which is back story]
  13. I built the bee analyser a while back but struggled to get very far with it...maybe a future project
  14. Not too bad. Got 4 hives, 3 x meadow and 1 forest. Getting honeycomb now I’ve put frames in. I might take a wander see if there’s any others to pick up
  15. Update time: Windows (ugh!) added to ground floor communal areas Farm extended (if anyone sees another black sheep please catch it, I want a breeding pair), melon/pumpkin patch needs "sorting" seeds are in chest Bee area added Fishing area and lodge added - use enchanted rod to just catch raw fish, diamond for specimens and junk..look in chest Enchanting table/advanced enchanting table areas created. I know you should be able to toggle between mod and vanilla on the advanced but I couldn't work it out I also want a breeding pair of cows but I think I may have to go walkabout for those
  16. Well said Adam....now get on with your work!
  17. Yep...but, as Mrs. P pointed out when I showed her the pictures, it also shows that some people just don’t see skin colour...which is good
  18. It is now and I love it!!
  19. I haven’t got a clue but .....
  20. Nice Bob and I like the fact you collect the tags as well!
  21. Nice one Bob!

  23. OK Tagliatelle Primavera Serves 4 400g of egg Tagliatelle, either dried (check the amount), fresh from deli or home made.... for the sauce.... 8 tablespoons of olive oil 2 red onions, peeled and thinly sliced 2 yellow peppers halved, deseeded and cut into 1 cm cubes 1 red pepper halved, deseeded and cut into 1 cm cubes 1 courgette (zuccinni?) trimmed and cut into 1 cm cubes 1/2 teaspoon dried chilli flakes 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves (I didn't have any so I used a smaller amount of dried thyme) Salt to taste Heat the oil in a large frying pan over a medium heat. Fry the onions, peppers, courgette, chilli and thyme, stirring occasionally with a wooden spoon, for approx 8 minutes until just softening. Season to taste with salt and set aside Cook the pasta in a large pan of boiling water until al dente. Drain and tip back into the same pan. Pour in the sauce , place the pan over a low heat and toss everything together for 30 seconds to allow the flavours to combine. Serve immediately Taken from 'Gino's Pasta - Everything You Need To Cook The Italian Way' by Gino D'Acampo published by Kyle Books The combining part didn't go too well as you can see as I used too small a pan but it still tasted terrific. Definitely be using the pasta machine again!
  24. HC everytime for me if solo or can persuade others.
