  1. Yep...but, as Mrs. P pointed out when I showed her the pictures, it also shows that some people just don’t see skin colour...which is good

  7. OK Tagliatelle Primavera Serves 4 400g of egg Tagliatelle, either dried (check the amount), fresh from deli or home made.... for the sauce.... 8 tablespoons of olive oil 2 red onions, peeled and thinly sliced 2 yellow peppers halved, deseeded and cut into 1 cm cubes 1 red pepper halved, deseeded and cut into 1 cm cubes 1 courgette (zuccinni?) trimmed and cut into 1 cm cubes 1/2 teaspoon dried chilli flakes 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves (I didn't have any so I used a smaller amount of dried thyme) Salt to taste Heat the oil in a large frying pan over a medium heat. Fry the onions, peppers, courgette, chilli and thyme, stirring occasionally with a wooden spoon, for approx 8 minutes until just softening. Season to taste with salt and set aside Cook the pasta in a large pan of boiling water until al dente. Drain and tip back into the same pan. Pour in the sauce , place the pan over a low heat and toss everything together for 30 seconds to allow the flavours to combine. Serve immediately Taken from 'Gino's Pasta - Everything You Need To Cook The Italian Way' by Gino D'Acampo published by Kyle Books The combining part didn't go too well as you can see as I used too small a pan but it still tasted terrific. Definitely be using the pasta machine again!
  8. HC everytime for me if solo or can persuade others.
  9. Didn’t appreciate it was a mod
  10. I use alchemical bags...same capacity as alchemical chests, relatively easy to make and you can carry more than one at a time
  11. I think it exists on our server as Greboth gave me a shulker (?) chest from it...haven’t done it myself yet. Greboth and Bart are the men to answer this for you...or Google
  12. With the latest CPU security flaws it’s all irrelevant cuz we’re dooooomed, Captain Mannering, we’re doooomed!
  13. Didn’t realise you were playing Naaarich in the cup Phil?
  14. Spag Bol, pasta shells with any sort of sauce, tuna pasta bake, lasagne...basically anything that doesn’t contain offal. I want to see if I can make it fresh
  15. Have never tried home made pasta before as all the machines had base clamps which we couldn't use with our worktops but, finally, Santa found this which has a suction base.. https://www.amazon.co.uk/bonVIVO®-Stainless-Innovative-Pleasure-Italian-Style/dp/B01MRFX1MU Haven't used it yet but hope to this weekend Has anyone got any good recipes for ravioli or tortolinni fillings?
  16. Lee, I know you're a Christmas-holic but when are we going to lose the Santa hat from the forum logo?....bah, humbug! mutter, mutter
  17. I'd want a complete system for that money!
  18. I think I just needed to get things off my chest. You’re right Bart, the other person to log in recently was Greboth when he installed the automatic rear door. He’s put a lot of tim,e into this as well, and I think he’s right in that we should finish it. Reading back, I think part of the problem is that neither of us are good at finishes. He’s good at planning things, I love tunnelling and building but we both hate windows by the looks of it! Having rattled the can, let’s stick with it for another month or two and see what happens. Perhaps a few more people will come back to it. @phil bottle - is Marina coming back? Her dog may still be waiting for her!

    NFL 2017

Not my favourite QB but, there you go...this is quite well done and worth a look
  20. I've been thinking about this more and more recently.... is it time to mothball this project? or even nuke the whole world and start again with a different seed/mods/skins? We started this as a project for everyone but I think initial enthusiasm has waned and it's just a bit too big for 1 - 2 people on their own Do we need to ask the question of how many people really want to / have the time to be involved on a joint project and scale it to suit? How many people actively play now? How much will it cost to keep an FG server running? How much credit/time is left on our initial outlay? I actually feel a bit sad writing this but I feel it needs saying
  21. I saw someone headbutt a care package this evening and nearly wet myself laughing 😂 Edit: Sorry Gary, the first one made me smile so much I forgot about the second one...what can I say?...loving your work sir!
  22. I like being the bird on the branch watching the ice cream war.....I’d prefer to keep the politics but not overly fussed
  23. Thought you may have found a new pastime! I’ll throw some in later then
  24. Bart...two cooking posts...just saying
  25. Always meant to try these at home. Had them in a restaurant and they’re lovely
