Honestly I don't really remember much about ghosts so couldn't have enjoyed it that much, I for sure played the heck out of MW, WaW, MW2, BO, MW2 and BO2 and it seems i'm playing the heck out of this new one too at 176 hours logged according to steam

What?!?!?!?!
You mean that Activision aren't a bunch of greedy, money driven, evil bastards by making a marginal gun only available by playing a free mode that actually turns out to be fun. 😁

I've been enjoying multiplayer solo all the way to prestige 5, Although recently I've been playing more DMZ, the change of pace is quite interesting. I didn't think I would enjoy the game mode when I first heard of it as I'm not really into Warzone I only really played it for the m13b but now I am enjoying it so I guess for me having that challenge linked to DMZ was the correct thing to do.

This is actually my first cod battle pass too but thats because its the first cod i've owned with a battle pass, I played consistently from cod4 but stopped playing at ghosts at least if you play consistently and complete the battle pass you don't have to "buy" (at least not with real money) any more battle passes because of earning the CP back.

Tove reacted to GazzaGarratt in Favourite Controllers
Love this thread.
Early days I actually felt like the Sega 6 button controllers were incredible. Sega Saturn had it spot on, whilst my only 3rd party controllers I ever really got on with, was for my Mega Drive. Hate to admit it but the SNES controllers were unbelievably class, so lightweight you don't realise until using controllers in today's world and then go back to them.
Outside of these in later generations I was one of the very few who absolutely LOVED the old huge Xbox controller with the additional white and black button. For some reason it worked so well for Halo. The smaller versions they made afterwards were also incredibly satisfying to hold. The Gamecube was also one of my favourites, however the yellow right analogue stick, if you can call it that, was abysmal. I loved it had this weird extra button on the top which was the Z button.
The new PS5 controller is probably something I should add because of the haptic feedback concept. Feels amazing on certain games.
On the flipside, it probably didn't help that I never grew up with one but that N64 controller can stay in those golden ages. Anytime I've tried to go back and play an N64 game its a nightmare. So strange but get that some will love it like i loved the OG huge xbox one on my own 😅

The Sega Saturn and Mega Drive 6 button Controllers made a pretty cool fight pad, having 6 face buttons matching the Street Fighter 6 button system,
Otherwise the PS1 was the first truly comfortable controller for me, Then I was sceptical of the 360 controller initially coming from the PS1/2 but this has probably been my favourite controller.

Got my first platinum today on the M4, those longshots are such a grind I can't see myself doing them all. Those of you that are getting through them you have my respect!

Tove got a reaction from Riff Machine in DMZ
And just like that this evening I'm managed to nail it! I did a setup run extracted a self revive, medium backpack, durable gas mask, and 2 plate vest,
I then spawned in with the MCPR-300 (Body Count Blueprint with the 5 round mag removed (for a 10 mag) and a Kastov 74u then went straight for the Radiation Zone, got a message right away saying the chemist was in the area, sometimes I've had to run around the outside of the area to get that message. then took the high ground and was able to take the enemy out one by one, from around the area then I ventured in and started collecting gas masks, plates and stims, it took around 20 minutes but I didn't really get any large clusters of enemies like I have on previous attempts so I was able to take them down successfully. I found the chemist a couple of times, got a headshot on the first and destroyed his helmet, finally I found him close by a building and was able to finish him off with the 74u, there wasn't really any other enemies nearby so I grabbed the m13b and legged it to my vehicle, found a sensible extraction a little while away the radiation was about to start expanding and I didn't want to take any chances. I did get downed at the extraction but was fortunate to still have the self revive.
I'm really pleased to have extracted it solo and can now play some DMZ missions without having the chemist in the back of my mind. I do really feel that the mode needs some serious buffs for anyone playing solo it can be extremely difficult the AI are either braindead and shooting in the opposite direction or absolute beasts which can take you out with a single shot from a pistol at 75m when you have 3 plates

I don't tend to play that many new games, but Metal: Hellsinger has to be my GOTY but I'm biased as I love heavy metal based video games. Brutal Legend is one of my top games of all time.
Runners up would be Shredders Revenge and Vampire Survivors

Still struggling along with this one I'm finding it really tough as a solo player I've gotten really close a few times this evening. Anyone fancy squading up with me one evening to help with the mission?

That's kinda the tactic that I've been using with the exception of the helo and I've been using battle rage rather than the ammo box.

Got my closest to getting the m13b this evening, I got the chemist but then got swarmed by enemies both inside and outside the radiation zone,
I'm determined I will get it though.
