Get your point but that's not how console games work, not right now anyway. Most games re-use content and luckily for Destiny there will be a new world eventually via the next planet.

After seeing what this thread has said it has to be down to eveyones expectations. I didn't have any cos i was just getting back into gaming and didn't see the build up, so no expectations dashed. IMO, most (i said most, not all!) current needs of gamers, like us lot, want 2 things broadly; multiplayer and choice. Destiny gives that, now more than ever (coupled with its simple gameplay). I wouldn't play this if I wasn't lucky enough to find the FG clan through stretch - 4 workmates raved about this, loved it and quickly stopped playing cos they didn't appreciate the 2 aspects above. It'd be great if you got brand new scenery each time DLC come out, amazing graphics, new enemies, etc but thats not the gaming world now. WoW can't be compared to this - its made in such a different way and in an era that we got too used to getting more for your base game. Look at other games now and they are v.similar. TLDR: Original expectations never met, we all want MP and choice - Destiny is simple and gives that (now after this ex pack)

Or you can save and use it with a weapon core to buy a 'package'. It says this will give you 'special rewards' in the prison of elders. Anybody know what it will be?

I think the cabal are a nightmare imo. Their bloody shields are a pain in the ass. I think different styles can beat this (round 5 I'm talking about) as you can either stay as a group and try and nail him quickly or spread out and keep moving, like we did last night. I enjoyed the latter way as it gave you a chance for a breather and some clear shots while one of us took the brunt of the fighting.

re Bob on NF - I think its a great strike. Chris, Tommy and I played it early doors and it has a feel of a 'in your face, smash and grab' strike. Although the boss part was fairly straightforward, the run up to it was enjoyable and you could meet it with aggression even knowing you could wipe quite quickly. We may not use at the moment but whats on offer does play into using the calendar. You can set nights up to do Nightfalls, Weeklies, Raids, PoE, ToO, Iron Banner and just regular bounty nights (as the offering of them is nicely balanced atm). Hopefully this feeling will last longer than a week.

Totally overwhelmed. The game feels close to complete now. As Crispy said online, if you picked up the game right now you would be cummin in your pants with the overall content and gameplay.
