Event Title: Last ever Iron Banner on Destiny 1 Event Author: GazzaGarratt Calendar: Destiny Calendar Event Date: 08/01/2017 12:00 AM to 08/07/2017 12:00 AM It's been confirmed - the last Iron Banner for Destiny 1 will take place on August 1st for that week. As its the last one and we've many good laughs and group ups on Iron Banner, it would be great to play some games all of this week as a final send off to it. Plus it may be the last time for a while now that we get to have PvP with 6 people in a group. RSVP your name down if you're playing it in this week. Laurea Prima II You completed all 10 Moments of Triumph during Destiny’s first year. Slayer of Oryx You owned The Taken King and completed a Moment of Triumph during Destiny’s second year. Heard the Call You owned The Taken King and completed all 8 Moments of Triumph during Destiny’s second year. Young Wolf You owned Rise of Iron and reached Rank 2 in the Age of Triumph record book. Saladin's Pride You owned Rise of Iron and reached Rank 7 in the Age of Triumph record book. Lore Scholar You achieved a Grimoire score of over 5,000 in Destiny 1.

Got the full set from Crota tonight so enjoyed being a full kit wanker for the first time. Didn't expect to get a quick Crota Challenge Boss run in but we managed to nail after wiping 4/5 times. War mode is the big addition to Call of Duty multiplayer this year – a hybrid that throws in narrative objectives, Overwatch Payload, Call of Duty Zombies and Battlefield 1’s Operations. Play across a map shifts as teams complete objectives; attacking or defend an outpost, building a bridge and escorting a tank, obliterating an enemy bunker. It gives a full squad of players a real focus and sense of purpose, putting teamwork front and center. That determined push to advance as a united (6v6) force will be what wins the day. Good vid explaining what war mode is like below with gameplay. This really does look like BF1 all over. So from that angle, this game could really fly. Mainly down to if its comparitive gameplay but with a CoD name, not Battlefield, it will get soaring reviews.

Great read and I wasn't aware of the link myself. I really hope now they've had validation in how solid and successful the game is worldwide (regardless if you like it or not) they can focus on expanding the story and create new multiple PvE events. Maybe even make some quest lines. The blueprint is there, they just need to answer the public question.

Rumours are spreading across social media about a remastered version of L.A. Noire for PS4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch. Now I loved this game from Rockstar on my xbox 360. One of the best storylines a game has coupled with some great intuitive interrogation mechanics. Whilst its great to hear for anyone that hasn't played it, I don't see any appeal for anyone that's already played it and completed the story. If they had new game modes then maybe so but I'd be hard pushed to pay full price due to me having it already. If you haven't got it though, you are in some serious good luck if these rumours are true.

So the mystery of the Exo Stranger may now never be revealed as they have confirmed she won't be in Destiny 2. Can't quite figure why they didn't even try to do something with her. Even if it was a side quest. The mysteriousness of her would've stirred some good stuff. Ah well, I suppose we'll just have to live off the Destiny 1 moments with her....

You need a better fan to cool that ps4! Lol. Tonight was ace people. Great to see quite a few turn up last minute. Gun game was hilarious and yet the closest leaderboard I've seen. Euan is still clearly a bellend with a sniper SnD we actually kicked ass! (Well, you guys did). 5 matches = 5 wins. Hope you all thought it was a good idea.
